Walked in the store so sad cause my SIM has not been reading but I met the manager who was super freaking cool and super informative. I was so devastated I could not grab the 15 at another store but he educated me on the difference between the 12 and 13 and I am extremely happily leaving this store with my new iPhone 12! Will make this my favorite store near work! ?

The guy shahrier really helped me out, I had just broke my phone on Memorial Day and he hooked me up with a brand new iPhone 12 and ported my number over from verizon! I wish I could give more stars just because of his customer service!
