They gave me an internet box that doesn't work. And they don't want to give me a refund. Because the manager only in store 4 hours a week. Supposedly she the only employee that can do refunds. This is beyond absurd. I bought this internet box over a month ago and they keep on bs. Not a very happy customer .

Very helpful. They helped set up my phone and they speak Spanish so they were able to help out Spanish customers also.

They sold me a used phone for way more than it was worth the guy at the counter was rude to me and wouldnt even let me talk after the argument they kept 2 phones I bought even though I already paid they didn't refund or give me the phones even after I called the police.

This places is so iffy I wouldn't trust my packages going to any places not even my own places. I always get shitty shit from here. But I have no option but to deal with it. Staff all suck even the ones I worked with. Picky ppl but whatever

Bad experience with the people working there. I went to get a new phone for my birthday and I planned on getting the Razor but they couldn't activate it so then I said let's try the Samsung A35 and again couldn't activate it. But all the time I was waiting my phone was off. But then when they changed my info in my phone they wanted to charge me a Xtra 45 bucks just to change my phone info to the correct information. So why should I pay the 45 dollars when it was clearly their fault all they had to do was correct my phone info. I have a Moto G and my information says I have a Samsung A35. Now I'm going through a lot of unnecessary stuff to get my information right. I got a new SIM card already and no luck on my info being right.

It is one of the worst places I have been able to visit, they have treated me in the worst possible way, apart from the fact that they have humiliated me and scammed me, there is a woman (I think a teenager) who does not know how to serve customers, she did not do what I asked him for, he took more money than I owed, apart from everything he made me buy a phone that was not necessary and gave me and my entire family who accompanied me a hard time, at the end of the entire visit when we He bought a phone and finished his complete scam, he told me that he didn't want me to come back, he's going to see why his “father owned the business.” The only thing I knew how to answer was “what a ridiculous woman.” I think that a woman that serves you with a bad attitude from the moment we arrived until the moment we left, could not carry out a business like that…. It's disrespectful. I recommend that you don't waste your money in a place like this. If I could give it a 0 star, I would. 000000 customer service
