Unbelievable. I bought a $100 headset in this store and then ran to catch a flight. The headset does not work so I called the store - number doesnt work. I then tried to get a hold of Hudson/Dufry, yes the massive conglomerate, regarding a refund or exchange. They arent taking calls and no one has returned two separate emails over 4 weeks. What absolutely terrible experience and service.

Picked up a Briggs and Riley bag this week after retiring the old blown out 5 year Ogio. The clerk who helped me with the purchase was awesome, offered to even throw out my old bag. Love great retail service, it’s rare these days!

I just purchased a C7 Shiatsu massage seat as a gift. They are shipping it for me, which I GREATLY appreciate. I ran over to this store between flights, the transaction was quick and easy. Jessica helped me, she was friendly. The only complaint I had was that they do not have the correct store hours listed on Google Maps. I've been trying to get to their location several times during the last week to make this big purchase, but every time I was in the DTW airport they were closed! Even though their store hours say they close at 10pm (on the days I was there). So they never updated their hours after the pandemic started. They should have. Even worse, the phone number listed doesn't work anymore, so I couldn't even call them to see what their closing time is!This associate that helped me today said she would tell the store manager about these issues.I hope the massage seat works! It's a surprise for my husband.

On my way back home, I was shopping for my 4-year-old son. Brookstone felt perfect for that. However, they seem to depend on fraudulent sales strategy. I was completely ripped off. I saw two pad-like items (one small and the other was large), tried to open and see, but it was hard to open the pad, so I asked a sales associate about what the products were. The associate opened the cover and showed me that there is a digital writing pad, called blackboard. I was interested and he told me the price by picking on of the many new boxes behind the displayed item. I thought the price was reasonable, and picked one box. The associate also mentioned that he used one of those blackboards. Anyway, I checked out one of the boxes behind the display, the same sales associate helped me check out. At home, I opened the box, and it doesn't have the actual digital blackboard inside, only the cover/folio. I called assuming it was a mistake, maybe the blackboard from this box was in the display. The lady said I only bought the folio, the actual blackboard is sold separately. The folio has absolutely no use, the sales associate should have mentioned that to me. I probably would have bought the blackboard, not the folio. She said I have to go back to the store to return. This would cost me $400 return flight just to return this $18 folio. Honestly, the way it was displayed, the way the sales associate explained and sold the item to me, I felt completely ripped. Be aware before shopping at Brookstone. I even called the real Brookstone.com company, but they said this Airport store is not part of their company. Maybe there is another scam about using the name "Brookstone".

Tobin is the best! He greeted my husband and I as we walked in, and quickly guided us to the product we were looking for. He was very pleasant and courteous, highly recommend stopping by on your way to a gate at Metro! Five stars!

Hi. I went on the phone with brook stone and I was on hold for 30 Minutes and then someone picked up and then I tracked my order and then they told me my order was canceled I was upset because it was a Christmas gift we have been waiting for so we were kinda upset. And I ordered it on the 10th of December and today is the 28th WOW They did not knowtify me
