CHASE NEEDS TO SPEND LESS TIME PREDICTING POLLS AND MORE PREDICTING HOW TO CONFORM TO CFPB/OCC/FDIC GUIDELINES Don't let Chase DOG you. File CFPB/OCC/FDIC/BBB complaints (or review), place reviews everywhere and TAKE YOUR MONEY OUT OF CHASE (OUR MONEY IS THEIR POWER. DON'T ALLOW THEM TO USE IT AGAINST US. EACH CLOSED ACCOUNT MAKES THEM WEAKER-FIGHT); sign onto existing class-action lawsuits against them (just type in search "existing class-actions against Chase"); "find a class-action attorney (type)" and file a new one and/or small claims (for a nominal fee; they have to pay for every case filed or lose by default) or regular lawsuit. They have to pay you excess of their error with a class-action though. Corporate -Chase could take "as long as it takes" to correct my account (what about the interest you're charged on that incorrect balance); -that she would not even ATTEMPT to credit one month, which I donated in cash (whether the organization had authorization or not); -the other months would be credited---eventually; -any company/organization can charge your credit card, and unless you can show that you paid them by other means (whether you owe them or not), you eat it. That is insane. Executive -Chase was not going to look into this issue any further -they may recoup the money that they had credited me -I was not going to speak to anyone other than her as long as she worked for "her supervisor's name; -that any company or organization can charge your card, as long as they have your number -she would not put her response in writing and that I had received all of the paperwork that I was going to receive from Chase. The organization reversed the charges, but Chase did nothing to assist me and/or accept their obligations. You don't have to pay the disputed amount on your card, so transfer the rest while you FIGHT. My 1/10/24 Chase review was removed by BBB as their policy is: "It is against policy to double whammy a company. Consumers are only permitted to either file a complaint or a customer review -- not both." (Doing nothing privately or nothing but venting publicly). A company only needs to respond; not resolve your issue. In my case, they just responded "We are keeping the resolution private, if there is one." Leaves one to wonder about the BBB. Consumer Affairs is delaying publishing this (it has been pending since 1/13/24; 10 days): Facebook won't allow ME to put 2-step verification on MY OWN account to stop anyone/whomever (probably them) from going into my account and removing or altering this review. It has happened several times (over 6x in 1 day) since I posted it. I'm sure Chase's BUDDIES don't like me or you telling people to take their money out of Chase. Wallethub won't allow me to update this to this revised draft.

It's a good location but still that drive trhu was very convenient for me and most of the time the light outside doesn't work and is to dark in front of the bank. I mean as a bank with atm's inside you need that light outside for many good reasons. Thanks.

I am sick of these banks opening branches in Detroit and giving subpar service because it's a majority Black city. Everytime I come to this bank it's one teller and 10 people in line. Today its an excuse that computers are down, there not ever down in the suburbs. Stop with the excuses and provide quality services at all your branches.

Tiffany the bank manager is the only reason I am still a chase customer. I would have ended my account last week if it wasn't for her.

They're always understaffed. We've gone there twice and the first time we were turned away because they were closing in 30minutes (apparently that's not enough time??) and the second time we waited over an hour because there was only one banker available (with only one person being seen ahead of us) and were finally seen past closing time which made us feel like an imposition. They need to hire another banker or something. Two stars because the front desk woman apologized for our wait.

Was helped by Shakir. Great customer service! I left my work device there and wasn't able to pick it up for a week. They made sure it was safely put away.

If I could give minus stars I would. You would not believe how incredibly "ghetto" and unprofessional the folks are at this Chase location. This includes Bankers, Managers, Assistant Managers. So I go into this bank one day to make a cash advance off of a US Bank card. There is a teller at this branch location who is thin, AA, with short "sista locks". Do you know she had the audacity to decline my transaction. When I asked her why, she said because you don't have enough in your Chase account to cover the transaction. I thought to myself, why would I need money in my Chase account to secure a cash advance on a US Bank Card? And if that wasn't BS enough, then she turned around and said "and because don't nobody know you"? I said to myself, what is she talking about? See this Chase is located in an area in downtown Detroit called "Harbor Town". For whatever it's worth, this is supposed to be one of the "nice" areas. What it really is, is an area greatly impacted by re-gentrification. Same damn dangerous ghetto, but now with more "white" folk. That combined with an occasional black judge and/or doctor and you have Detroit's best. And the lower level blacks, like this teller, are really starting to "feel" themselves. Again same dangerous ghetto, just now bearing the Harbor Town name. So I left Chase that day and thought to myself, Chase Banks sucks; everyone of them for a myriad of reasons, this event will just add to the list of 1,000,000 reasons why banks in general suck and Chase banks in specific need to just close down. I could not have been more embarrassed...for that Teller, that is. Because Black people have evolved to absolutely nothing in habit or thinking They are a culture of people that progressed from initially standardizing acceptance through skin tone, to now lace fronts, and "who you know"... Sad song. But typical of the uneducated, bottom of the barrel, Detroit Negro.

Let me start by saying this experience happened to me 4 or 5 years ago, hopefully the manager that treated me so poorly has since been canned, I don't know how anyone could keep their job treating customers the way I was. I didn't have internet access at the time, nor did I know anything about reviewing businesses, so that's why I'm just getting around to this... I went to the branch on Jefferson Ave. where they not only refused to cash a perfectly legitimate pay check from my employer, they basically accused me of fraud and forgery without any explanation as to how they determined this. Maybe because I was the only white person in the building? I hate to think that, but what else am I supposed to think when 10 people in line ahead of me have no problem, then I get up there and get hassled? Over a check I've been cashing for years? With no explanation, and when I demand to know his reason for refusing to cash my check he has me escorted out of the building? Ridiculous, I went to a Chase in Grosse Pointe and got my check cashed, a smile, and a have a nice day, THAT'S how you do it.
