Some old heffa named Gail is very rude, and their services seems lackey even on a business day which is very unproductive. Wouldn't recommend!

If there were zero stars I would give it. Closing account and moving on. Long unnecessary problem to simply complete a wire transfer from my business account. Banker did not know how to handle the transaction and resisted my suggestion that she call another branch that did it last month so they can tell her how. Finally she does (30 minutes later) and then wants to share with me that somehow it's my fault she didn't have the right info. I gave her the same piece of paper I gave the other branch. The other branch asked me little to nothing and got it done using the info I gave. I'm done. Folks don't want to extend themselves for customer service so take your business where it matters. There are 3 other banks within 2 blocks of here and I have accounts at all of them. Moving on....

I have been attempting to close my account for over a month now. For years, I have spent hours on hold with customer service and have incurred hundreds of dollars of monthly fees. In the process of transferring my money to my new account, I've incurred about $200 worth of fees. I now have $200 left in my account and it will not let me transfer it to my new bank. Every time I call there's an hour wait. All I want to do is close my account so I never have to work with Comerica again, but they are making it impossible.

I am very disappointed in Comerica Bank and their customer service. The ATM that we use regularly has been out of order for 1 week. I needed to make 3 important transactions that are on hold while Comerica waits for a part for this machine located in Busche grocery store in Pinckney ,Mi. This particular Machine was recently upgraded which I'm not was helpful or not. I have the option to drive 20 miles to another town but it is out of my way and very inconvenient. I was told to call technical support after waiting on hold for approx 25 minutes when I called customer support. It was not helpful to learn that the machine has a part on order. If your committed to customer service then your committed , no excuses.

If you ever need a Home Equity line of credit then go to Comerica Bank . I am giving this branch a 5 star rating because of the professional way that Joseph the Assistant Banking Manager helped me. He was very courteous, friendly and knowledgeable. A very pleasant experience and I received the loan. Excellent customer service. Joseph came to our home on one occasion because mother had difficulty In walking. Also • there is no charge for appraisal • My loan application was processed in three weeks • no charge for credit review • no charge to pull title review to my home • if you apply during a promotional period, you may be able to get an introductory rate that is lower than the quoted variable rate.
