I had a problem with our business account. Contacted the manager Tracey Atwater to inform about the situation. She gave me a quick same day appointment. Once arrived I was greeted with very quick service and only needed to show ID and sign my paperwork. I opened my account here maybe 20 tears ago and extremely appreciated the great customer service I received! Thank You!

I'm very satisfied with the convenience of comerica bank. Especially when I go to the atm machines because it's never crowded and I'm done with my transactions quickly.

The line is extremely long and all I see is numerous bank employees laughing and talking instead of helping to decrease the line. Customer service skills is lacking big time. The bank teller was acting like my ID wasn't legit after using a Inspector Gadget to verify my ID, actually asked me to sign my signature on a piece of paper. This is indeed a disassembled environment mentality going on at this branch.

If I could give less than 1 star, I would. The tellers at the drive through windows are slower than slow. I. don't know what their issues are, but customer service is not their forte.

Horribly SLOW! Always have ONE TELLER/DRIVE-UP open no matter how busy it is! Employees are rude with the worst customer service! Just need to close this branch all together.
