Terrible service I went for a work related injury. The doctor was terrible it took three weeks for them to give me pain medication, and the therapy didn’t work but they continue to add sessions to charge the insurance company. The girls at the front desk were great made sure my mri was scheduled…

That simply was the shortest waiting time I've ever had at Concentra and the fastest time of completion for my DOT Test that I have ever had there.I was pleased with the new service and experience!

Yes the wait was long, totally expected though with walk in services (1.5 hours till seen)BUT from the receptionist to the medical assistants and Nurses then the Dr!! Everyone was nice and courteous. Took a nap in my car & they called me on the phone when it was my turn!! Once called back I was in and out with everything complete for my new job ?

It took 5-1/2 hrs to do a standard physical. We waited 3 hours befit even being seen and it took forever to get a physical for my work done. What should have been an hour long procedure took my entire day away

Zero stars. The doctors are obviously a paid by companies as a way to get rid of people. The doctor I had barely looked at me a deemed me unfit to drive. I drive every day.I would never go to concentra on my own for anything.
