Disappointing at how this CVS is being operated. Will come back since it’s the only option for some level of conveniency. Hopefully it will be better soon. Otherwise, don’t come here unless you enjoy rude staff. Maybe you will get lucky and deal with the one nice person, it’s very obvious.

Had my surgery 1/19/ 2025 and narcotics I needed is still on backoder ,tell this day on BACK ORDER SAD WISH I can leave cvs never have nothing 😢

If you want to experience true pain, visit this pharmacy. The rude pharmacist and their disrespectful behavior will make you feel uncomfortable, and they even talk about you right in front of you. It's better to avoid this place entirely. Do not get your medications here—you deserve much better than this kind of treatment.

This is the worst CVS I have ever been to. I come frequently because I live in this area but I rather drive to the cvs on WARREN they are more friendly and the most helpful. The employees at this store is always rude . NEVER helpful and then when you do ask for help they act like it’s a problem with a nasty attitude. The ladies that are working today on 11/1 at 12pm are the worst in customer service. I honestly want to call corporate on these folks because they do damn terrible . I wish I had their names but I only got Allison name and it was a lady with a white tshirt with glasses, hair in a pony tail just beyond rude. One lady with the cardigan over the red tshirt just beyond rude. This staff is the worst and they need to be taught good customer service because the one they have now is by far the worst!

I like this store very much. I live in this neighborhood so the store is convenient, generally clean, well maintained, and the staff are pretty consistent generally friendly. The overall experience here has been pleasant.:)

Maybe teach your employees and security personnel to be ready to meet a guests needs to unlock items that are literally right up front instead of making fun of them less than 6 feet away from said customer

Spoke with a manager over the phone about if the store is open because online it’s says in open at 7am , she rudely replied “Whenever someone gets here”🤔well first as a manager why isn’t someone on schedule to open to service the customers two what type of answer is whenever someone gets here! This location is far most the worst location lack of good customer service from managers which is surprising!

This is the worst CVS store and it's located Downtown Detroit. The cashiers are rude and unprofessional. The cooler doesn't work therefore the cold beverages are warm.

Refused me entry five minutes before close. Maybe invest in a security guard if you can’t stay open past 6:00 or let people in the store before it closes.

IMPECCABLE SERVICE!!! Left my medicine at home and had to grab a few pills. Anil I believe his name is in the Pharmacy. He gave great service and was so kind. This is the CVS Way and he displayed this to the full extent. I am VERY Thankful!Small store but I would recommend them based on the customer service.
