Horrible customer service. When people walk into a pharmacy the workers should LOOK AT THEM and TALK TO THEM. I guess common sense isn’t that common here.

This store really needs some real customer service courses. My husband medicine was changed by his doctor. CVS filled it incorrectly now the pharmacist is saying they need a new doctors order. The doctor said they did the order and got an authorization. Their making a person with no knowledge of medical go back and forth. What makes me angry is why don't the pharmacist and the doctor's office communicate to find out how to resolve the problem instead of calling the patient that can't do anything about fixing the problem. The medicine cost an arm and leg. You have to use you gas to go get the medicine. Everyone needs to start doing their jobs because it's the patient that really suffers. We will be using another pharmacist.

This CVS is on point; two representatives I deal at the counter always take the time out to help me with my coupons, and find the products I need. Even when placing stock up they will stop and help me locate my product. They give all the attention that I need and help me get the best deal. I'm satisfied with this business/employees. Even pharmacy is great; I have several medications and they perform their job 100%. I never leave disappointed. Gratiot and 8 Mile CVS gets a thumbs up. Especially the manager and counter girl. Thanks CVS.

Went to fill a prescription, and sat at the drive through Window for over 25 minutes just so the lady in the pharmacy to rudely tell me "we're not filling prescriptions today" She could've told me that when I first pulled up. That was my last time at that location. I cannot deal with rude, miserable, unprofessional people. CVS needs to teach her to Leave her attitude at home when dealing with the public.

I just went to this location for a doordash order. As I'm looking in the candy isle I literally tripped on their stocking bin and fell backwards inside of it. Now my leg is messed up. I like the short guy cashier he's very kind but other than him this location sucks.

Good experience here with drive thru Covid testing. No wait with appointment, you swap yourself, and they are very polite/helpful. Easy process.

The store attendant is terrible made me feel so uncomfortable also making me feel like I wasn’t going to pay for my stuffs I ended up not buying everything I needed and I think am done with cvs
