The store has improved its customer service. I'd like to say the same about its ordering. It's low on deodorants, some vitamins /minerals and soaps. Stock up if you visit

You know I went to the Livernois location for Medicine ? for my child. And it's 9:33 pm, and their closed. But the signs and the Internet says, their open until 10:00. So, once again I have to drive deep into the Suburbs for a product that's supposed to be in stock, basically around the corner from me. And that's ridiculous to me, if they need help please hire the right person's for the job.

Encountered a very rude and disrespectful employee. I asked a simple question about a product and if it was a cvs product. I was comparing two items and that would help in my decision making. However, I was rudely cut off and told multiple times that I had to put my phone number in to find out. I asked again to clarify my question and was rudely cut off again, only to tell me that I would have to put in my phone number. It didn’t make sense to me to have to put my phone number in to get my question answered. I feel that if the associate was not well educated in on the products, she should have disclosed that. Anyhow, I chose the high road and let the store. I will limit my visits at this store. I refuse to patronize a business and spend my hard earned money where you are not treated with respect.

This local CVS brings back the nostalgia and friendliness of neighborhood stores with the convenience and resources of a chain store! Kudos to the managers, team leaders and associates for always going out of their way to ensure we have a pleasant and successful shopping experience!!!
