Today I came in to grab deodorant. There was a store employee (pregnant woman with black short hair, part down the middle) that I asked for help. I needed deodorant from the cabinet that was locked. She was extremely rude and unprofessional. I politely asked her can she unlock the cabinet before she goes back to the front. She gave me the nastiest look and snapped as if I was wrong for asking her for help. Definitely won’t be returning to this store. I’ll also be following up with corporate Monday morning. Customers should not have to endure this type of behavior.

There needs to be more active cashiers/associates during the rush hour time frame in the pharmacy (1530 to 1730 time frame)

At first I started to leave a bad review but instead, I will say I continue to shop here to support the businesses in my neighborhood so the money stays in my neighborhood. With that said, there should be no reason for bad service.

I was able to find what I was looking for they just didn't have the exact product I was looking for. Someone in line made a joke which made everyone in the store laugh, seeing that it was a few days before Thanksgiving it really helped lighten everybody's mood. It's a shame that some products in the store was behind plexiglass locked up... sign of the times!

Not a lot of food stocked in the dairy/frozen cabinet here. Location is clean and does a lot of business though, dry foods were stocked good. I suspect theres a gap between deliveries and actual customer demand. If you're out of butter or cheese maybe try the grocery 1/2mi east on 6mi (mcnichols)

Yea this location is terrible. I’ve been several times as this is the location I can go to per my insurance ( CVS Caremark) wow the location on 16800 Schaefer is now closed so this one is now my closest and I am dying. I’m switching to mail order I guess ~

Jesus Christ their pharmacy is the worst and is extremely ghetto. You’d think they wouldn’t play with people about medications that are extremely important but they do every single time.

I placed an order for photo prints & although the site said ready the next day, the order was actually completed & ready within 20 minutes of placing the order. I was able to pick it up same day which was very much needed. The ease of ordering was sufficient as well as picking it up. There was no wait time at all.

I was “helped” by Barbara on 9/28/23 at approximately 2:17pm to reload a prepaid card. Barbara must have been having a bad day. She was snappy with the woman ahead of me and when she finished with her, I approached the register. she stood in front of her register, mumbling to herself, about the transition in a negative manner. She finally asked, if she can help me. An older behind me set his 2 bags of chips on the counter. I simply stated to her, “these are not mine” I didn’t want her to assume we were together. She replied, with an attitude, “I know, I saw him set it there.” Whomever is reading this tell Barbara that whatever storm she is going through, she’ll get through it. It’s going to be ok baby. Hugs to you. Shirley didn’t mean it.
