This is a busy CVS, but you will wait in line for 20 minutes or longer no matter what time you go in there. And there have to be 10 or 15 people in line before the one cashier working will call for another cashier to help. Customers have alternative ways to pay and coupons and that takes up so much time! Why don't you value my time and have more staff on duty?! Looking for another place to go and spend my money.

Today I was crunched for time I needed a passport photo I called and spoke to one of the associates and she was so pleasant I called for CVS and I drove out of my way to go to 7 Mile and Greenfield cuz I got the best customer service over the phone now I know that working with or for the public is extremely hard they had delivery drivers inside the store a couple of machines were not acting as they were supposed to through it all the manager was there and was on his day off he told us it was his day off but he helped everyone who asked him the team there seems like a family it is so rare to get good customer service I just wanted to go on here and say today that team is a five star shining star 10 stars for the staff today

Drive thru is the slowest . No way I should be in drive through with two cars ahead of me for 25min!!!!!!!!!

My order was not ready for pickup - even after I called to make sure it was ready. I was in pain - which was the reason for making the order online. Everyone there was moving in slow motion, ignoring the extremely long line. I will drive to Livonia the next time

I reported this hoodrat pharmacy!!! So unprofessional and rude don't call me send all my medications back to my previous pharmacy!!! It's been 3 months no meds!!!

Since 2017, this is the first and only CVS I've EVER went to all the way till now, 2024, and due to my last two experiences here this past week, I can honesty say the pharmacy here has COMPLETELY went down..it's honestly sad.
I'm no racist at all because I'm black myself, but every since the young black workers started working here, especially the young lady with braces, me and my family haven't been having nothing but poor experiences here. They took two prescriptions from us, told us it'll be ready by 5pm that same day, we even gave them and additional day just so we can make sure it's for sure ready, came back that next morning and they switched it for another 3 days smh. All I can say is wow. We definitely won't be returning.

Today I had a horrible experience and I was told something I've NEVER heard in my life at CVS! I had two prescriptions from my dentist today ! I was in extreme pain and when I pulled up to drive thru at around 430pm on a Wednesday, I was told that nothing would be ready til tomorrow! I couldn't believe it! I had to drive all the way to the suburbs in pain to fill and pick up my prescription! It's sad and ridiculous. I will tell everyone I know that the ladies in that pharmacy plays around to much

I would give a zero but that's not an option, I sat in the drive thru for 10 minutes n had to knock on the window for them to say the register at the drive thru was down which was probably a lie cause I had just come thru a couple hours before horrible service as usual
