CVS is totally one of my favorites stores, a Awsome place to go deff when in need of emergency hair products , nails, Dove body wash eyeliner, and or some photo prints from the photo department. I also appreciate my
$4.00 CVS Bucks and any that print out on my Receipts that I recieve as well as my monthly $10.00 CVS shopping money. The .99 cent front store area is always a gift to go for me when shopping at CVS. Thank you to CVS for simply being CVS.

Poor Customer service. The might shift manager always closes before closing time.is ride and unhelpful and refused to give a name. It appears as Lance on our receipt. I don’t recommend this location as a loyal customer to this brand. My experience made me want to do business with another company.

Whenever I shop at my neighborhood CVS, I’m always greeted warmly, and everyone is so friendly. The store is consistently neat, clean, and well-organized. The manager, who always seems to be there when I visit, is incredibly pleasant and attentive. I’m always impressed by his personal touch—he greets regular customers by name and takes the time to learn the names of new ones.
During my most recent visit, I was helped near the end of the day by Lance. He was warm, friendly, and efficient. I didn’t even realize the store had closed because there was no pressure to rush or automated announcements counting down the closing time. As Lance walked me to the door, I asked what time the store closed, and he said 8 PM. I apologized for staying late, but he responded kindly, “It’s okay.”
Experiences like this are what keep me coming back. Thank you for the excellent service—I’ll see you again soon!

They close 20-15 minutes before they’re actually suppose to close which can be critical to someone trying to pick up they’re medicine on they’re way to work , this isn’t this first , second or 3rd time I’ve experienced this with them something definitely should be done about this , the store shouldn’t close and the doors shouldn’t be locked until exactly 8pm

They have poor communication and try and rush you off the phone at the pharmacy. I spent 15 minutes on hold then got hung up on trying to get an update on my prescription that I have been waiting three weeks for then I went right after that and there was no wait inside, not busy at all. Not only did they not order it when my doctor sent it over they waited for me to call over and over to even place this order. Playing with peoples medication is too much and recommending someone go seventeen miles away instead of giving real pertinent information is lazy.

A gentleman at the cash register was so thorough and helpful, he updated my Extracare card AND got me the coupon deals so that my order basically free. They have very good people working here.

CVS carepass has been such a hassle for me. I’ve been paying but unable to use it. Since February I have been unable to use my number as they cannot find in the system, card still hasn’t arrived. Cooperate gives and excuse and promises that it’s fix. No compensation for the inconvenience either. I will be canceling before next payment is due.

I went to the CVS on Dale street in Detroit. I will never go there again. No one would assist me in locating what I needed. I then went to the CVS on 8 Mile and Lasher. Not only did the pharmacist stop what he was doing doing, but came out to help me find what I needed. Unfortunately, they were out but he did tell me the name of the over the counter medicine but what it looked like. When I went to the CVS on 8 Mile near Southfield Rd. I didn't need any assistance from anyone to locate what I needed. This is all thanks to the pharmacist who took time out to help me!!!!!!

My doctors office sent my prescription to the wrong pharmacy and I’ve been trying to get my medication from this cvs for two days. They are taking forever filling my prescription and when I come up here the pharmacy closed in the middle of the day! Just crazy and unacceptable.
