Absolutely the worst Pharmacy I've ever been too. First last week my Doctor called (1st time)in my prescription. They never called & told me it was ready so I call they say they don't see any prescriptions for me. Then my Doctors office called (2nd time) they say I have to fill out a profile before I pick up the prescription. Okay... go there the pharmacist says it's not ready & won't be till tomorrow. THANKS for not bringing that to my attention before I went up there & waisted 40 mins of my life!!! I guess I'll be switching Pharmacys once again. Also the two male pharmacist are completely unprofessional.

Don’t use this pharmacy. When your doctor calls in a prescription they don’t actually process it. They don’t prepare it or even make sure it’s in stock. Instead, they wait for you to come in or call them to check on it. If they don’t end up having it in stock then you wait an extra week to get your medication. This shows ZERO respect for their customers time and health. If they would do their job when the prescription was called in by a doctor this would never happen. But they just don’t care at all.

The customer service at this establishment is atrocious and sad. When I visit this pharmacy, some of the staff are rude and have attitudes for no reason. Furthermore, there are times when I come to the pharmacy before closing hours, only for the pharmacy to be closing/closed long before the actual closing hours. Its frustrating when they don't adhere to the hours advertised on the front of the store, nor notify the public to changes in the hours of operation. Don't spend your money here, cause they don't appreciate it.

One pharmacist says it'll be in on the 13th. We come in the 14th, and are told by the other pharmacist that it'll be in the 15th. We come in on the 15th, and are told they don't know when it'll be in. Now we have to go through withdrawals because they don't know what's going on.I don't expect them to know where the shipments are at all times, but if it had been communicated sooner that they did not know when, or even if, it was getting there, we could have tried to get it filled at another pharmacy.Day two without a medication we've been on for almost a decade, because they can't do their jobs.

I love how this place always has deals with their extra care bucks. Store is always clean and orderly at the time of day that I go. Also the staff is nice and helpful.

Very organized and customer service is friendly. I always have digital coupons in my email or mailed to my home. The FOOD is fresh and I like saving my money on common everyday items.

I've been sitting in line for COVID testing for an hour and only advanced 6 cars. I was tested at another facility and the entire process was 2 minutes start to finish. It doesn't take 10 minutes per test so I assume theres a lack of competence.

Pharmacy technician was rude to my mother about picking up her medication. The medication is unavailable due to a transport issue on their end which is no one’s fault. However, to be snappy because a customer asks for an ETA when it would be available or to reach out to another pharmacy that would be able to assist is completely ridiculous. Aren’t you in a field that helps people? Where’s the help? Where’s the willingness to help or even explain the policy? Is that you don’t know the policy? You don’t care to help or you’re completely incompetent? It is not a problem that it’s unavailable it is a problem that you’re not providing customer service, it is a problem that you are violating HIPPA by asking for a diagnosis and you’re not the pharmacist! I do not appreciate the blatant disrespect for my parent. Therefore I’ve called corporate twice! The first time after 45 minutes I hung up, second time I waited 15 minutes and I have gotten through to make a formal complaint. I’m completely dissatisfied at the fact that I have to go outside my own community for better service when you’re located right down the street. Management please look into hiring “people” people not just qualified without training on how to deal with sick people!

Its always something with this store that doesn't sit right with me. Every time I go there the female manager is always profiling me and always has a snobby attitude.
