Taking materials here is a wonderful experience. The place is very well organized, but the folks here are also very relaxed and friendly. Each time I go, I have the impulse to open a lawn chair and hang out for a while.

DIY but don't be afraid to ask questions as the friendly staff is more than happy to assist! Love that this level of recycling is accessible to the public in the heart of Detroit ♻ ❤
