I can’t say enough good things about Detroit Thrive! I’ve been going consistently for the past 3 1/2 years and I’m in the best shape of my life at 43. The trainers and members and the Thrive community in general are what keep me coming back. The accountability and nutrition coaching have been life changing!

I highly recommend trying thrive is f you are looking for a way to get healthy and feel strong. The nutrition plan is doable and the workouts are for everyone. This is the first time I’ve actually enjoyed working out and look forward to days I go to gym.
