Members love the credit union and its staff at the various locations, stating they have never had a bad experience. They are very pleased with the services provided and how members are treated. It is described as one of the best financial institutions for their money, with excellent financial services and statement reporting. The latest location on Cass Ave is also appreciated.

    I have been a member I believe, since 20 years. I started at the Dearborn/Fairlane location when my Father signed me up, he was a member for years. Customer service has been helpful, respectful, informative and pleasant. My brother and sister have signed on since then.

    Awesome friendly Staff Very Knowledgeable. Very easy to get your business done makes me want to continue to have conversation with my associates about anything 🙂
