Family Dollar offers a variety of products, although the store often has items that need to be stocked on the shelves. Customers appreciate the friendly service and helpful employees who assist in locating items. The store is noted for having delicious ginger snap cookies, which are hard to find elsewhere, leading some customers to buy multiple bags. However, there are occasional issues with the checkout process, such as cashiers needing to get change from another register. Overall, while the stock situation can be a concern, the friendly staff and unique product offerings contribute positively to the shopping experience.
