I went to FedEx at the Woodward location at 8:30 in the morning and Taylor was one of the most helpful associates that I have ever encountered in customer service. She gave me a handful of directions that I couldn’t understand but to avail she directed me through every step, and it was a quick and fast transition. Taylor should be one of the top people awarded at that store. She was very diligent helpful and kind. Go Taylor. This is the store to go to.

We had to get the best quality stock for the likeness and color of the painting. We also had to ensure that the boarders and cut were displayed properly and precise. It happened and my customer was very happy.

I shipped something for the first time here and the lady seemed annoyed that I had no idea what to do. She then told me it was easier to take it there myself and i explained that it would be unprofessional to show up to someone's house to give them what I was meant to ship. She sighed and boxed everything up and said "it could be there tomorrow for 12 bucks." I felt so confused through the entire thing and the lady was the opposite of helpful.

Slow service, rude service people. Went there on a Monday afternoon and had to wait in line for 20 minutes with only one person in front of me shipping something simple. Their QR scanner was not working properly.The staff members were acting like they were afraid of every person coming in , and they treated the patrons as if they all came there to steal. Customers were not allowed to look at merchandise throughout the store without being disturbed/ hounded by staff under the guise of help. While I stood in line to send my package, i picked up a candy bar to purchase. When i picked up the candy bar, a staff person came out of nowhere telling me that I had to buy the candy bar while i was standing in line (before i reached the counter to send my package).Instead of making one transaction for my package and the candy bar together, I had to buy the candy bar I was holding in my hand immediately, Then, i had to go back to waiting to send my package. It was a humiliating experience and I could not wait to get out of there. After waiting a long time and having the counter person talk down to me, they finally labeled my package and gave me my receipt.

Just have to give a shout-out to all the wonderful staff at this FedEx location. They’re always super helpful and kind! I don’t live in Detroit anymore but I will take the time to drive out this way just to come here because the service is just that good. Thanks y’all! Shout-out to Tina for taking care of me today.

I used to really like this location and the staff was helpful but now it is very difficult to get assistance and when I did, the lady seemed irritated that she had to help. I'll just go to a better location next time.

Customer service can be really hard so I was blown away by how great the attendants were. Lauren in particular was a dream. I came in with a long list of needs with a tight deadline and she guided me through the process quickly and attentively. I can tell she takes pride in her work and truly cares about helping the people who come into the store. Her warmth and competence was greatly appreciated.

Most incompetent shipping company ever, I had something shipped to me from Miami Florida to Detroit Michigan, I paid for two day delivering it was supposed to be here on the 22, the package was picked up the 20th in Miami, by 6 o'clock that day had made it to Fort Lauderdale, the next day it was sent back to Miami, then sent to Memphis Tennessee, then back to Miami, then back to Memphis, Tennessee, then back to Miami, then, back to Tennessee, then it arrives at the FedEx shipping hub in Detroit on the 27th, then mid day on the 27th it sent back to Miami.

The one young lady there with braids had this big smile and was ready and willing to help everyone. She moved with a fast pace a couple of jokes, good spirit, and she knocked the crowded facility down to just needing help with photo copying. Good job young lady.

Came in to get some documents bound into books. Got them back with some pages out of order and others upside down or missing completely. Shocked at the lack of attention to detail and care with customers’ materials. Project had to be completely redone.
