I had a confirmed appointment at 10am on a Saturday for a simple tire rotation. Called them 2 hours later at noon for an update when it’d be completed. Was told my car was in queue and “it would be a while” still. Not sure what “a while” means, and she couldn’t give an estimated time. Called again at 3pm and was told they couldn’t complete the service. Not sure what the point of requesting an appointment, having them confirm said appointment request and bringing my car in on time was all for 🤔 I had prior obligations later that day and had to have my boyfriend pick my car up before they closed or else it would’ve just sat there until Monday. The employees are blatantly disrespectful and can’t accurately run this business. ZEROOO ⭐️

I dropped my car off on Saturday for a complete inspection with an appointment that was made on 3/11 I was informed I could drop it off earlier then my set appointment time so I took it in two hours early and it is now Sunday and I haven’t even heard from the location once I’ve called and been put on hold without talking to a person, I waited 5 minutes before I hung up and called back later and still couldn’t reach a person. Now I have no car for work on Monday since they are closed on Sunday’s and do not know how to contact customers who gave them TWO contact numbers this is extremely unprofessional.

Customer service was great. I went in for new tires. They only had one tread that fit my wheels (all weather) rather than performance, which is what I would've preferred but no biggie. There were additional fees (tire recycling, new valve covers, and 2 new valve stems). Again, no biggie, I got the military discount they offered, and that pretty much covered it. I'll likely head back in.

I came into Firestone to get my tire repaired at 2:15pm and the man at the counter said it was no guarantee that he could get it fixed. I said it's a nail in the tire he said yea you can leave it here but it's no guarantee that it will get fixed today. It's one person sitting in the lobby and it's a nail in the tire. Do Not bring your vehicle here if you have a nail in your tire the have false advertisement!

Took my car today for oil and breaks change. After spending 3 hours there, I was told they weren’t able to get one of the requested services done .The reason didn’t really matter to me it’s just the time I wasted there and not being notified nor giving updates during that waiting time was very unprofessional and upsetting.

This is the worst auto shop I’ve EVER been to after what they call fixing my car only for it to came out WORST than it was when I took it with even more problems. They lied about how much I would pay, kept lying about how they threw in extra knowing they did not. Kept my car over a week and even told me they didn’t know why it was having this new problem, then when I finally got my car I had it two days and another problem started outside of what they found I took it them they said nothing was wrong. I explained how can you say nothing is wrong soon as you turn on ignition the first thing pops up. They had it a whole day I called and the person answered said they did find nothing but someone else called right after and said he only seen one of the two problems. As a single mother this was a big inconvenience loosing money and missing work was my two choices drove it two weeks and had an even bigger problem that they was happy to fix for a fee. They are the by far the worst if you like being lied to and overcharged and possibly not able to use your car in the long run definitely go here!!! God bless!!

I’m a little confused as to why this is happening you guys have been there a long time and that should say something about your business but I don’t understand why you charge my nephew $1700 and yet you can’t get his car fixed every time he takes it back from you guys. It continues to overheat he has three kids and has been out of a car for almost 2 months, I don’t understand what the problem is you guys are well known why are you not fixing his car right?

Firestone has done it again! I'm a little late posting, BUT I couldn't miss this opportunity to let everyone know how Nevin came through for me. Last month. I got a flat on I-96. It was a Saturday, and I was traveling, so it was critical that I get a tire before everything closed. I called AAA (that will be another review), gave them a tow location to get in the sytem (not this Firestone), and waited. I called the first Firestone, and they didn't have the tire, so I called around to every nearby shop looking for a tire, making appointments with whoever stayed open the latest. Because I just got new tires from Firestone the month before, I searched for other Firestone locations too. I called Firestone Complete Auto Care on Michigan & 11th and got Nevin. It was about an hour and a half from closing. I explained my tow situation to him and he told me if I got there a half hour before closing, he would take care of tire mount himself. The tow company kept changing their arrival time and I thought I would be stranded. My nephew knew a tow company, called and they were there in 5 minutes and we were on our way in 10 (after waiting over 3 hours for AAA). I honestly don't know if we actually made it there by 4:30 but Nevin was completely understanding. He didn't seem irritated at all. I know we were there past their closing time, and Nevin had somewhere to be, but he delivered service with a smile and took care of me just as he promised. There were several angels that made this story a happy ending and Nevin, you were one of them! Thank you, from the bottom of my heart!

The reason for my scores is the customer service is always excellent I don't get bad vibes it's always a pleasure when I come here I got my tire replacement yesterday and today I'm getting my oil change this is the only Firestone that I come too they are always nice too me

I just want to say that the staff at The Firestone at 1801 michigan avenue is fantastic. I want to give a special Thank you to the store manager Dave Alexander Who took special care of me with My older F-150 truck. I unfortunately, have a blow machine in my truck and most shops are very scared of it. Anybody can drive the truck.They just have to blow into the machine. I took Dave to the truck taught him how to do it. Dave looked at me and said no problem! It was such a relief to have someone who knows what they're doing and took care of me even though I had an old vehicle. Also Dave saved me 75 dollars of having the truck recalibrated with the blow machine because he used it properly. So much gratitude towards him!!!I took his business card specifically so I can always give him a call if I need more work done on the vehicle. Also the staff all work together so wonderfully in the back in the front. Thank you so much Dave and your staff.. A1 work!!!?
