This is the clown branch. These tellers screwed up my transaction once each!! The manager screwed it up as well , one of the tellers told me that the manager does not have knowledge of how to do day to day operations! Horrible branch. Horrible service!

Easily the worst mortgage bank I have ever had, and would give them 0 stars of I could. Sadly my mortgage was sold to them, so I didn't have an option. My rates are 3.75 and 4.125 on the 2 mortgages that were sold to them, and I am honestly considering refi'ing with another back just because I HATE this bank that much! They move at a snails pace, they are out of Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac guidelines and I hope they get investigated. I am on day 40 of trying to drop my PMI, and I even sent in my $800 check for the appraisal the first day they allowed me to request the drop PMI. That's right... I sent a check in the mail because this company is so out of date they don't accept Credit Cards and deal everything through standard mail.

Self payment machine very slowly and sticking screen. I was not going to make payment, however the employee stated it had been happening all. This troubled me due to not being able to see money amount going in. I was again encouraged to use machine and check receipt. Later I called and discovered payment had not been received.
