Been trying to call them for almost a month over 100 phone calls for a online pick up that was supposed to go to a different store and they never answer the phone I'm not trying to drive 2 hours to go pick up a game controller and game stop won't refund the money till theu get ahold ofbthe store

This store has predatory practice don't let your kids go unattended . They will lie about their policies to get you to spend money on stuff you don't want . The manger wouldn't expect my GameStop gift card for exchange for a Xbox gift card of the same value then tried to explain it away like some cop . I took the same gift card to the GameStop in Southfield so I had to drive out my way for something simple and the person at the Southfield store said their was no policy like that and prove it when he type in the code . This grand river store is full it .

Some ppl have to be difficult for no reason! If they stop working that means they stop working! Not, "what do you mean by they stop working!" ??♀️ on top of waiting over an hour for the store to open back up in the middle of the day!
