The complex is a hub for business, dining, and events, featuring a hotel and restaurants. Visitors can explore the lobby and an area with cool cars on display. The views of the riverfront and city from the building are breathtaking and amazing. Its architecture is very unique and futuristic, feeling like a time capsule of 1970s design. The location is very convenient, with a Detroit People Mover station and a connecting tunnel, and it provides direct access to the Detroit Riverwalk.

My stay at the Marriott Renaissance Hotel during my attendance at a National Conference that was held at the Huntingtown Conference Center was great! The staff was responsive to my needs, the hotel was clean, and the service was outstanding! Everyone was courteous, polite, and met my needs!
