They came and installed Central Air, I previously told them that it was a/c here before but someone stole the unit, I just purchased the home in March, came out and a ac unit in, ran lines, did electrical work, etc. The ac wasn't getting cold enough to cool my house down, came out 3x and gave me the run around about my vents having paint o them(I purchased new one), came back out turned blower up, came back out and said one of my vents didn't have air com in my out of it( went to basement turn vent on), I finally got someone else and come out , the unit they installed was low on freezon and missing the orifice pisto(the liquid line was sweating), I texted and send them pic,they tried to blame for the problem, I'm like yall the professionals not me, DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY, THEY WILL RIP U OFF

If I could give this company “0” stars I would. This company (Yes, Kiperyl Fowler and his team Robbie and Shawn) installed my mini split a little more than a year ago. This unit was installed to provide heating AND cooling. For the last year and a half I have been calling Good Helpers and speaking with Darlene, the assistant, Kip never called back even after text messages. Hoping that someone would come to my aid about this faulty unit. I have complained about no heat, no cooling, leaking and a multitude of other things. I have not received a phone call back or service to correct the issue yet. Robbie came out once, to look at the unit but never returned to fix the problem. I paid over 4500.00 for a brand new unit from the Good Helpers company. I finally gave up in trying to contact them and called FLAME to take a look at the unit and install another brand new unit for almost $6000.00. They confirmed for me that Good Helpers NEVER installed a heating unit only an air condition. Which means we went through and entire winter season without heat. Doing business when you’re not a honest person and or team is not something you should be doing to hard working and trusting people. DO NOT patronize this company, thay will take your money, install the incorrect product, offer no warranty and not return your phone call. Not good business. You have been warned.
