I wouldn't have given any stars if it was a option ..My father and I Visited Hart medical equipment today at the Henry Ford hospital location in Detroit. This was our third visit for the same issue since last month in July. My father had a RX for a cane..The customer service rep has given us the run around during all three visits..Today was the final straw..my father still was unable to receive his cane after we followed instructions given by the reps at the desk..My dad and I were so frustrated by the overall experience with this company.. It saddens my heart when you see that some people don't go out of there way to help our Senior citizens. Message for the customer service rep, one day this will be you or maybe your love one..I pray that someone will have better training and concern for your needs. We will never support this business.

The staff here are very friendly. They answered all my questions and explained everything about the C pap device I was getting. The store was very clean. Very nice place.

5/5 for customer service. I spoke specifically with Charles, he was immensely helpful with navigating the insurance/prescription side of DME. I’m specifically looking into getting a 4 wheeled walker with a seat after talking with my physical therapist recently. I’m a Henry Ford patient with employer provided insurance; Charles helped me narrow down what I was looking for, what insurance would cover, and coordinating with my providers for the prescription as well as ordering the products. Amazing and knowledgeable customer support. Thank you so much!

This place is an absolute scam and price gouger. Went to the doctor at Henry Ford and was told to get fitted for a medical boot. With a broken leg, of course you're going to do what the doctor says. I was charged $260 for the boot, with obviously no idea how much boots should cost and no idea what my insurance negotiated rate would be. By the time I got my bill in the mail, it was $240. You can buy the boot (Ossur rebound walker) from Amazon or anywhere for $80. I tried to return the boot but was told it's outside the 30 day return window. Except that 30 day window was never told to me and is not on the form I signed at the doctor's office.Bottom line, do not come here for medical equipment. If you can avoid it, buy somewhere else, their customer service representatives are very disrespectful, not considerate of your medical situation, and completely unwilling to work with you as a customer. This pricing is absolutely insane.

I arrived late to my appointment to pick up my new equipment. I was still treated respectfully and everything was explained to my understanding. I was not rushed and am happy with my service.
