People have no idea what they're looking at when they come to a sale. They laugh when a piece of furniture from the 1800s is over $100. They want everything as close to free as they can get it. Jealous people making bad reviews because they can't afford quality items.

I have been going to Hartt estate sales since mid 2012. About 25% of the furniture in my house is from Hartt estate sales. The owner is always nice and negotiable on the prices. It is a lot of fun finding a treasure at a Hartt estate sale.
