I went to Henry ford Harbor Town Clinic today. I told my new primary Doctor I needed a few days off work this past week was ruff on me being a caregiver with a full time job and the snow which I shovel and maintain a household because my husband had a stroke. She told me no. She told me the only excuse she would give me is for today. I explained that I needed a break and she was adamant about her decision. What nerve,After this she will not be my Doctor. I already set up meet and greet with another Doctor. Beaumont is starting to look better everyday. This clinic has really taken a turn for the worse since my Doctor retired. They still have the Christmas tree up in the lobby so that was nice.

I have been going to the clinic since open 20 y ago and found that HFC-Jefferson is very consistent with care, knowledgable, patient and professional.

I’m a current patient with a serious illness, and have an acute infection. My doctor here, who I do really like, has zero appointments… she told me I need to be seen, yet the nursing staff told me the soonest appointment is a month out… with a resident… not even my doctor who knows my complex case. So, I’m supposed to wait a month to be seen for my current health issue that may require antibiotics asap. It’s just insane that Henry Ford allows this, especially since I’m a current patient. How are there not emergency last minute appointments for current patients?Consider elsewhere if you need a doctor who can see you when you’re sick.If you just need a yearly annual, I do like my doctor here.

I recently moved from out of state, and Dr. Costandi and the rest of the staff were super pleasant and welcoming.

If you are looking for transgender health care, RUN, and run far away. These doctors do not even understand basic dosages, how long medication is safe for, and seemingly have no awareness of the importance of items being sterile (the medication itself, and items to use it). They encourage use of medication well after the expiration date, and claim it's because "other patients have done it for economical purposes" and "because there's occasionally a shortage of medication". Neither are fair or safe basis for not even recommending, but ASSUMING that a new patient will or should do the same. You are injecting medication directly into your body - the very last thing you need to worry about is infection! If there is no awareness of how the medication is even distributed or how it is used, then how is a patient supposed to feel safe? As if they are well taken care of? For visits that easily mark $700+ before insurance hits, you would think that they would have adequate knowledge in the field their doctors claim to be specialists for.Oftentimes medication will be denied after having waited for days and days for a response to refill requests. There have been times were I waited almost a week, just to be denied. And yet, if you speak up about the fact that the treatment you are receiving isn't great, they will passive aggressively try to drop you and shove you off to another doctor. They will tell YOU to be more professional. Despite the fact that they are not providing even BASIC proper care. This center absolutely tries to take advantage of people who are less financially healthy. This place tries to take advantage of people who do not look into their own medications and their risks, effects, and proper use.If any other establishment was closer I would much sooner go to them, I am a victim of unfortunate circumstance.I genuinely believe this office's doctor should not be allowed to call herself a specialist, and much less should be allowed to practice in medicine when she purposefully and intentionally makes patients do things with their medications and supplies that could lead to intense infections, sickness, and personal harm.Absolutely awful establishment, and I would never recommend anyone come here unless they want to go through hell and back just to live their basic existence. I have never been more stressed out and sui--dal than working with this joke of an establishment.

I absolutely LOVE Dr. Moghaddam. She is THE BEST! Everyone at Harbortown is very professional and nice. I never have to wait long to be seen either. When I needed bloodwork and an X-ray done they were able to do it all on location. Can't recommend this place enough.

My experience has been pleasant. Although I did have to wait a short period of time for my appointment, the staff was up front and aplogized for the delay. When dealing with health related matters during COVID-19 and still currently active, I fine the staff to be supportive and diligent. The facility was clean, spaces for social distancing and a temperature check station.Thank you staff for your hard work during this time.

I had 12:30 appointment it’s now 3:30 and I still haven’t left yet. It took them until 2:00 to call me back, got my dot physical done and sat waiting for my medical card for almost 2 hours. My whole day threw the hell away. I didn’t leave until 3:50. All cause they are moving slow as can be. You would think in the middle of a pandemic medical professionals would prioritize getting people in and out and not let the waiting room get packed. In a small waiting room there was at least 12 people in there sitting for hours not enough chairs for everyone... ridiculous

I recently took time off work for both mine & my daughters appointment, we arrived ON TIME. We went to front desk, and the young lady was nice enough - however, we were turned away because they had our appointment time wrong. My time was correct on the app & I even showed her that. STILL, just an “apology” for the inconvenience. I love my PCP, but this unacceptable.

I had a 9 am appointment for a pre-employment physical. At 10:30, when they still didn’t call me, I asked to at least do the drug test since I really need to go to the bathroom. It is now 10:50 and I’m in tears for how bad I need to go and they don’t even feel bad. If I go now I won’t be able to for the drug test. My appointment was 2 hours ago and i get injuries come first but 2 hours is ridiculous. If I didn’t need this for my job, I would of left and never come back.

My dad called me and I over heard a woman yelling at my dad in the most rudest demeaning voice questioning "WHY ARE YOU HERE!!??WHAT ARE YOU HERE FOR!!?? WHO ARE YOU HERE TO SEE!!?? I asked my dad who was the lady and put me on speaker to talk to her. I told her "my dad had been seen in ER and was told to follow up in 1 to 2 days. My dad's regular physician wasn't able to see him in a timely manner therefore, he was seeing a different doctor. I am livid by the way my father was treated. He mentioned to me prior to the "rude lady" he had encounter "bad treatment" up on arriving. Quality health care is essential and starts from the moment a patient pull on the parking lot. Today my father was belittle, humiliated, and disrespected. I hope and pray this is not the norm for patients seen at Henry Ford Clinic in Harbor Town MI.

Both nurses/receptionists on the front desk don’t know what they are doing. They asked for my license 3 times and they had to redo all my paperwork because they were too busy gossiping about a patients bad hairstyle. They give you a attitude if you ask questions like they don’t want to be bothered.
