Rant pharmacist in K-15 pharmacy was condescending, rude, threatening and accusatory after she was questioned on fees. I informed her I was going to report her. I ended the call after her repeated threats and she continued to dial my number back. The needed medications weren’t acquired due to experience. Filing formal complaints against her with the HFH team.

I came here on time for my appointment and I had to sit there for 30 min the lady said to sit and didn’t check me on then after 30 min there was a guy at the reception I asked him how long do I have to wait then he checked in me. Wasted 30 min for no reason then why do we have to make an appointment to come here if we don’t get to see the doctor as our appointment time. This is terrible.

On March 27, we were scrambling to locate a particular medication for a family member. We contacted the HF main campus in Detroit about 30 minutes before closing. Candance in the pharmacy was absolutely accommodating and kind. We were traveling during a peak travel period which was a challenge. Thankfully Candance waited for us to arrive considering the urgency of the medication. The techs at this location was extremely concerned and helpful.

Some of them have the worst attitudes to be working Ina health care facility. Of course they're of another race. The ones who think they rule everything. Go so.ewhere and get trained on how to treat people.

It’s 7:28 they open at 7 and offers curbside so I call they tell me it a fifteen minute wait because they just opened like I don’t have a job. They are always rude and matter of fact. I hate coming here I am about to switch pharmacies. I shouldn’t have to wait because it’s inconvenient for u to bring my prescription out. On top of that just rude and no customer service. I am typing this as I am about to be late for work waiting for someone to decide to come out and bring my meds. My hip is deteriorated and I didn’t think I needed my cane for a pick up. This is absolutely unacceptable!

I’ve had my name legally changed for some time now. The pharmacy has been informed of this, more than once now, but despite that the pharmacy is continuing to put my old name on the labels. I’ve requested that they stop several times with no results. I was told today on the phone that there was “nothing they can do about it”.That seems ridiculous to me, seeing as how every other entity (from my job, to my banks, to my apartment complex) had absolutely no problems changing their records over from the old name to the new one. Last time I called, I was lied to & told it would be fixed. It wasn’t.If they have this much trouble keeping my name straight, I can’t imagine how they’re taking care of your phone numbers, addresses and other private information.
