Before I wrote this review; I went to the comment section to see others reactions. I’m a small business owner and this is the closet bank to business.
When customer service is ME!! You can’t justify incompetence, just be accountable for your attitude and own frustration. I have came twice to get a cashier check, every time I come the lines are long and no one greets you at the door. So I opted to get a Money Order. Realized I couldn’t use them and So today’s incident I decided I had time today, I entered into the bank; I encountered the manger (he was cheerful) because my massage gun went off at the door. While I waited for the people in line, I could tell they were trying and new. So after LaKeisha,(teller) finished with the customer ahead of me, she started tapping away at her computer; eventually she called me up, didn’t even have the common sense to say, give me a moment , I’ll be right with you. After looking around in space she finally called me up to the counter. I needed to cash money orders or deposit so I can get a Cashiers Check. She asked me to sign twice with my signature and DBA. I did, for whatever reason she told me I was being complicated and called the manager, Now I’m in the office with the manager cause Keisha was disrespectful and I had time today; because Peace begins with me. I forgive you LaKeisha and thanks manager for trying to make me feel better but like I said I won’t be back and this operation should be closed. 💛💫

Got this $50 bill out of there drive up atm as you can see the corner is missing they were closed it was weekend so I waited til Monday after I got off of work to go inside bank to get replacement $50 not to mention I had a bank account with them the lady who stepped to counter got so offended by me saying I got the $50 out there atm this pass weekend and it’s tore she says she put bills in and that none were tore lmaoo look at my account and say it’s from a different atm I tell her I used my cash app card and it’s not linked and that I remember exactly what atm I used to withdraw cash at this is eastside of Detroit I don’t just go to any atm well she would not replace $50 i withdrew everything out my account and closed it drove to Bank of America on gration and Connors no bank account i explained what happened she politely gave me a replacement $50 I will be opening new account with them stay away from this location if you bank with Huntington bank don’t never have to worry about me doing any kind of business with them and I’am highly recommend you don’t do business with them either if I was few shades lighter I wonder if I would have experience this treatment it be your own people

I was profiled, treated and looked upon as a criminal! Went into the branch to withdraw money from my account the 1st thing the lady does is call the institution where my deposit comes from. It was an uncomfortable experience from the start! My teller didn’t greet me nor could she look at me while we was conversing! She was very rude and flagged my account without acknowledging me about it ! I've never committed fraud and my account has never been in a bad standing!

Young guy behind counter is about as rude as they come. I will never go to this branch again. Totally different from the branch I usually go to, they are a lot more respectful

Made to feel like a criminal right from the beginning of my banking. The CS representative Lakeisha Murphy took an extremely long time to cash a Huntington issued check. All the whole not speaking to me and going to talk to her manager I have never done any fraud ever and yet I was treated as though I was a criminal. I d o not recommend this bank please keep searching

There customer service is extremely poor. I sat in the drive thru for a while and nobody even came even though it said open, so I went in. Once I went in I wasn't not greeted by the two people who were just standing around. Remind I sat in the drive thru with no help. Once I get to the banker he tells me I can't cash a personal hungtion check at if I don't have 2 forms of ID(non-member). I pulled out my wallet looking for my insurance card. He told me bc, or ssc so I go home and go to another branch and they say they couldn't take my birth certificate, but she was able to give me other options I had and was great totally two different experiences

Although the guy (with short locs) working on this particular day was cool, the woman that was there gave the feeling that she really didn't want to wait on us. This is also the only bank I've ever been to where they asked you for your physical SS Card before moving ahead in the process and allowing you to get an account!! I called other Huntington Banks and customer service to see if that was the policy and they all said, "No! We only need your license and you need to know your social security number." Smh...I feel like she did that because most people don't carry that around so, if she asked for it and we didn't have it, she wouldn't have to do anything (which I felt like she didn't wanna do anyway). I'll never go to this branch again.

The staff is always friendly and delivers top notch customer service. This branch used to have an ATM, but it has been damaged twice in attempted robberies. It's not the bank's fault.
