Do not recommend! I wish I would have read the reviews before coming out of thousands of dollars! SMH allowed them to trouble an issue I was having. Gave half the money for the work to be done. After about a week or longer of having my vehicle they caused an even bigger problem which I had to pay for because they couldn’t get the car to start. They claimed the keys needed to be reprogrammed after disconnecting the car battery and reconnecting it and that I was responsible for replacing the part. Ending up paying thousands to get the car back only for the repairs to still be faulty! Save you money and take your vehicle somewhere more trust worthy.

Bill & Neil are some cool guys, my Jaguar XJ8 was gifted to me from my dad and answer issue. I took the car there and Bill & Neil took care of me. The mechanics are cool also never had a problem with them they do me right The prices are a little high due to the car but other than that they allow you options on parts and quality service I haven't had any issues I trust those guys they're pretty sound to me Small mechanic shop and they have a big impact if you have a vehicle and you don't want to go through car dealerships to get charged thousands and thousands of dollars for little things bill and Neil will get you in and taken care of That's my experience with them so I'm going to take that.

I’m so appreciative that I discovered these good people. They really are considerate folks who love what they do and will shoot straight with you and help you keep things affordable. And getting your ride back to you in a timely fashion SO sets them apart.

I get my regular servicing for my 2017 Mercedes-Benz GLE. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable with fair prices and have always gotten my vehicle out when they promised it. I will continue to take my Benz there for its servicing.

When I took my car in for a new wheel bearing and axle boot on the rear left I called them and the lady on the phone said it will take longer than expected and said unfortunately we can't charge you more we can only charge you what the book says then when I went to pickup my car they said they broke the swaybar end link on the complete opposite side and said they will charge me 135$ for something they broke and they left part of it in the sway bar and put all the old parts in a box and left it in my car I do not recommend this place to anyone poor customer service.

Bill & Neil are two great guys! I took my vehicle in after thinking that it was a bigger (and more expensive) issue than what it was. All I can say is integrity and honesty! After identifying that I had a minor issue and got my car running again, I practically begged them to find any other issues, just so I could feel like I wasn’t ripping them off (lol). Needless-to-say, they resolved the issue and my vehicle is back running. Thanks to Steve as well!
I would highly recommend J&L Foreign Auto Center to anyone vehicle needs.

Neil and the staff offer professional care and service. My 1988 BMW project car has been reliably serviced and repaired beyond my satisfaction. I will return time and again (it's a BMW thing).

DO NOT BRING YOUR CAR HERE. This is the worst place ever. They really need to close down. The mechanics are not licensed. The owner and workers are not ethical. Your vehicle is at great risk if you bring it here. They care more about their dogs than your car. Trust me DONT DO IT!!!!! Zero Stars

I am extremely disappointed with this business, if you can call it one. They are not professional and certainly do not stand behind their work. I would have given it no stars, but I had to pick at least one star to be able to post this. Please believe that J and L is a no star establishment. Total rip off!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
