I have been getting my taxes done by Jackson Hewitt for at least 5 years and never have I ever had any problems they always honest and upfront of where how things go and I appreciate the staff especially Ms Donna she's awesome

Got my taxes done yesterday, and I enjoyed my experience there. My tax preparer was friendly, courteous, professional and delight to conversate with. I was able to get my taxes done quick and there was no wait time. I will definitely be back next year, Lord willing. Thank you again to the staff at Jackson Hewitt.?

To whom it may concern,My name is LeConda Bowers. I am a SENIOR CITIZEN in the Detroit,MI area and I am writing this letter about the filing of my income taxes for this year, 2022. I was working with a preparer named Donna Wobble and I was informed That the charge for working with Jackson Hewitt would be $99.00. Donna also informed me that the refund for this year would be $1700 for Federal and $1300 for the State and that I would receive those as direct deposit on April 14th. I inquired about what the final cost would be for the filing, but Ms. Wobble became extremely evasive. She stopped returning my phone calls and was never in the office when I went to visit in person.When I did receive my return, the fee deducted was $549.00. When I attempts to contact her again about why this fee was much higher than the originally stated price, she still would not respond. I eventually had to contact the corporate office to get some answers. The corporate office had Ms. Wobble call me back. But she was still evasive about explaining why the fee was so high.I am sharing what happen to me so that know other SENIOR nor PERSON will go through what I went through…. Beware of the name Donna Wobble!!

I was recommended to Jackson Hewitt Tax Service on Gratiot and This was my first time filing here. It’s was quick and easy, they are so much help. Saved me time and the struggle I have with Filing my tax return. The staff was friendly and helpful to me and I will file with them again next year.Thanks Donna!!!

I’ve been going to the Gratiot and 7 mile location for three years and I absolutely love this office. My preparer was able to help me with any question I had about my return and she also completed my return in great timing. I would highly recommend Jackson Hewitt to others.

I have had professional and courteous services at this location. My preparer was Donna she was thorough and always answer the phone with answers to the questions you may have. I highly recommended this location they will take care of you and I never had to wait long to be seen by Donna she's always on time.

I’ve been going to this location for several years and I’m ALWAYS pleased with the service. This year Donna was my tax preparer. She was very helpful, especially when there was a hold up with my refund advance. Donna was always available to make the necessary calls and always willing to help. I will continue to support this location as they have helped myself and my family tremendously year after year.

This is my second year going to them and I will be continuing going every year from now on. I greatly appreciate them very much. The staff is very friendly very helpful and very kind. They will call you to let you know when you can start filing. I thought that was awesome. Not too many professional places contact you to let you know when you can file. Thank you very much.
