My agent was Marie. My taxes were done without any hassel. I made an appointment and she was there for me. She was very professional and explained the process to me very quickly. I was done in an hour. I am not one who waits around. She was respectful of my time and i got my taxes done with no problems..

My husband and I have been with Jackson Hewitt over 17 years the other Jackson Hewitt that we go to were close on Sunday and they are Professional and their offices are clean too. So when we look for one that was open on a Sunday we met ms Marie at the Plymouth Road in Detroit she was very polite and very informative about taxes she's very professional I thank God for people who have good customer service thank you ms Marie be Bless.

Had an appointment on Wednesday, the person in the office was not able to do my taxes so she said to come back so her boss could do them. She set the appointment up for Thursday, when I arrived the boss was headed out for a meeting and had no idea I was coming in. The boss took all of my paperwork and said she would call me Friday. I never got a call when o call them I can only leave a message and no one is returning my call.
