I took my 2015 ***** equinox for them to check out. I told them what I thought it might be and I talked to **** and he told me to bring it in. He never took the truck apart to see what was wrong and charged me $300. When I spoke to the other man that was working with him, he confirmed that he did nothing to my truck. He couldn't say it because he was in fear of losing his job. That was $300 dollars I didn't have to give away. Had he told me it would be $300 I would have went somewhere else

Mike Tausch and Kevin (I believe last name is Smith) were truly wonderful. They were patient and found exactly what I didn't even think I needed until I got it. Only down side was the APR but Paul and the guys figured out a plan to get this down in the future.

I may never find the words that may express how well Chris took care of me.I lost my husband in 2021. Chis was our sales representative.Now fast forward I had anxiety of the whole ordeal end of lease approaching.Just needed to talk to someone who would help me and that was Chris.But what set Chris outside of the stigma of (just a salesman) Was his true humbleness and understanding that I was in a different place in my life without my husband.And he understood the assignment he had gain my trust. He said... I got you Mrs.Law I will get you through this. I really respect the fact that Chris can have compassion for others on top of his professional skills.I even enjoyed his memories of my husband. He has made me a Chevrolet girl as long as Chris is there. And I can't thank him enough for making my very first end of leasing process with ease.If every Salesman is like Chis you have a excellent team!Chis I personally Thank you!I had to shed tears when I drove off in my new 2024 Chevrolet Blazer! You should feel good to know you brought joy to someone's life!It means so much to me and I will never forget you!Everlasting service memories! I called Tuesday to confirm the Collision Center’s hours of operation to get an estimate on my vehicle. When a representative returned my call, he said someone would be able to help me with this from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM, their hours of operation. I confirmed again that if I showed up right at 8:00 someone would be able to assist me, he said yes. I arrive this morning right at 8:00 and found the office I needed to get help from was empty and locked. When I asked a representative from a different section he laughed and said “they probably haven’t gotten in yet”. I waited half an hour and still no one showed up. I had to abandon that option and am looking for other service facilities.

I talked to Michael about the car and options that I wanted. I figured we would have to order the car. To my pleasant surprise, he found and delivered my car to me in less than a week. He took the time to go over the features and help me set up my personal preferences on my new car. Very happy with my car and the services provided.

This dealership deserves more than 5 stars the level of service is just amazing..Me and daughters want to say thank you to…Mr.Emmanuel and his service team technician at the repair facility…for going above and beyond and assisting us …the amount stress that I was going thru was over the roof and now I can get my daughters to their Drs appointment safely without being an inconvenience to anyone.. I just picked up my special order Camaro SS and couldn't be happier! Camaro is hard to get with production of the model ending soon. My salesman Mark P. did a great job getting an allocation and making the completion of the process a smooth and happy experience. The Sales experience I've had at James Martin is great Michael T. is a terrific salesperson. However, the service department and their managers are Terrible! Managers are rude and try to flip the incompetence of communication from the service reps on you. I made an appointment, took off work, to sit for 2 hours just to even get the diagnosis! Had to go back and ask myself what was going on, now I'm irritated because the service rep has my paperwork on his desk with the diagnosis and still hadn't came to communicate! Even told his manager I don't have a deductible, then switched it up in my face! I knew I did but now that manager or rep need to eat that cost. My car is not going to be ready probably until end of day, even though they're saying they sent someone to pick the part that I need up. And I had an appointment, what's the point, I might as well just drove up! From now on I'll choose another dealership for service. The service and sales departments are definitely not one and the same, for communication, courtesy, and professionalism!

I came in for an oil change with no appointment and spoke with Jody (apologies if I spelled his name wrong!) and he got my car in immediately.He and the team did a great job getting things taken care of quickly and easily.I just moved to the area, and my 2022 Equinox has only been serviced by the dealership where I bought it. Exellent experience with James and the dealership. Everything went smoothly, was contacted often to know the status of the vehicle, etc.. I did not like the extra required charge of the warranty due to using my GM discount as this should not be attached to any extra requirements, but seems like many dealers are taking advantage of our GM discount and forcing us to purchase extra unwanted items. Otherwise, the dealership did a great job.

I took my car for a recall and oil change at 8:30am I was told it doesn’t take long it would be ready in 4 hours tops.I said great cause I have to be to work at 1. It wasn’t ready no one called to tell me it would take longer than expected. I had to call them. I called they said tomorrow it would be ready. So the next day came and the car still wasn’t ready. I had to get a loaner and leave my car another day to them. So the next day they called and said the car was ready. I get in my car and notice they have taken all of my loose change and dollars, a gold rope bracelet that had to be taken back cause the hook broke. And also a really unique glass led light up cup holder ash tray that’s was given to me by someone who’s no longer living. On top of that I’m riding my car on the free way and it goes out on me because they put a bad part on my car which didn’t indicate that I needed Fuel. So I was stuck in a dangerous scary spot on 94 coming from the airport early in the morning. I am so disappointed. Out of all places I wouldn’t have expect a dealership like them to have people that steal from Their own customers. I’m so very upset. I called and left messages. I received a call back from Diane, a service manager but I was too busy trying to get my car to them to fix it after stalling out. I called back and left message for her, I haven’t heard anything back from them at all. I work for one of your competitors and I can get a much better discount if I go with them. But I loved GM. Now not so much now. This has left a bad taste in my mouth with you all. I’m so very upset.

My experience was great. There’s something about this dealership it’s a comfortable atmosphere, everyone is very nice, the employees do a really good job of making sure we are taken care of. I worked with Josh he is very informative and very helpful. My husband decided we are returning customers even if we moved out of state, so yeah 10 out of 10 we will be back to get our second car!
