When I arrived to your dealership, the service Man Reggie was very VERY professional, he helped me with my problem and sought out other issues that I was unaware of and now my vehicle rides even better, I love this dealership and would/have recommended others to take their vehicles for any problems or even an inspection. They kept my vehicle for 30 days without contacting me; or answering my repeated phone calls. When I told the receptionist I would contact a lawyer to sue, she transferred me to the General Manager. He got the Service Department to call me back & I was able to pick my vehicle up less than 24 hours later. They did repair it to my satisfaction, but I cancelled 2 necessary doctor appointments & walked to my dentist appointment 2x because I did not have a car for 30 days! Poor Customer Service, Jefferson Chevrolet! I will only return if there is a recall on my airbags, or other part of my car! Update: my car did the exact same thing & I had to have it towed to this dealership less than 24 hours later!? They have not called me to say anything about what they are doing to repair my vehicle; but are trying to convince me it cannot be repaired. I smell a rat!

I worked for jefferson Chevrolet almost 7 years, time came for me to change jobs and the owner Brian will not honer my vacation pay, I gave 7 years of my time so he could stiff me on my earned vacation. Hopefully that place will turn around, I do not recommend taking any cars to the Bodyshop

My experience at the dealership for my first time being a new resident of Detroit Michigan only been here three and a half years was excellent I bought the car in Clinton township but however I decided I was not going to ride all the way back out there when I passed Jefferson Chevrolet going to work everyday.So my experience was excellent from Mr Reggie kudos to you my brother you were excellent super your experience and customer service you do it all I was just giving him a little tease telling him he would never be a fat man because he's always on his feet at work he's running he's doing everything to keep the customer pleased . I work customer service it takes a mind of caring understanding and listening to do customer service Mr Reggie rocks in all departments, I've seen his professionalism in we need more of you Mr Reggie over all my services great & my Truck riding very good"No Noise" I have a few more things done. Everyone was very friendly from the time I walked in until the time I left. The service desk, the cashier , and even the guy who did my oil change greeted me and engaged in small conversation. The cashier even told me about signing up for the my Chevy app so I can get into the rewards program. I really appreciate the kind treatment on my first visit there. I now plan to be a forever customer.

I was able to bring my car in for an estimate the same day. Most Chevy dealerships I called wouldn't look at my car for 3-4 months. Charlie helped me out with getting the part ordered quickly and updating me when my car was ready. I'm extremely satisfied with how I was treated and the fixes to my car. Thank you!

I was rear ended and had my car towed to Jefferson Chevrolet because I have purchased 2 cars from them and felt comfortable with the company until now. Almost 2 months Later my car is not finished and when ever I call to check on the status I get yelled at by the mechanics. I am now paying out of pocket for the rental and keep getting the runaround regarding picking up my car. I hate calling to check on the car.

FRAUD SHADY..GOT MY CAR Aug 2022 since then my credit had been ran 3times!!also applied for a car loan in my name Apr 25,2023..called several times they gave me a different story about Why every time..i called corporate and JOE calls back yelling being very hostile saying everything but WHY he was running my credit.LEGALLY THERE IS NO REASON FOR THEM TO RUN MY CREDIT AFYER IVE HAD MY CAR 10 months!!super shady lies oh he also said i submitted a fraudulent employment..lies i was never asked for any proof of employment my credit was almost an 800 when i got my car

Reggie is very nice. He is communicative, transparent, and professional. My issue is with the appointment system. I made an appt online, arrived in time, and was told that they operate on a first come first serve basis. They were not able to do my oil change or look at my check engine light on the day of my appointment.
