“Just passed by there and was amazed by the variety of all they had to offer! The Baklava was the yummiest- best not too sweet and the freshest taste ever for $2.”

“I have been passing by E&N Market for awhile. The first time I went it was really nice. The store is kept nice. Customer service is good. They greet me every time. Joe, is the sweetest to me.”
“Best in the business!!
you're in downtown Detroit area and looking for a top-tier liquor store, look no further — this place is an absolute treasure. From the moment you walk in, you're greeted with a welcoming vibe, spotless shelves, and a team that genuinely knows their craft.
The selection here is phenomenal. Whether you're after small-batch bourbons, rare tequilas, fine wines, or local Michigan craft beers, they’ve got it — and then some. I was especially impressed with their curated selection of artisanal spirits and hard-to-find imports. It’s clear this isn’t your average corner shop; it’s a destination for enthusiasts and casual sippers alike.
Andy & Chris are Total pros. Friendly, knowledgeable, and more than happy to offer recommendations or mixology tips. They even helped me build a custom gift basket that was a total hit at a recent event.
Prices are more than fair, especially considering the quality and range on offer. Plus, the store is beautifully organized and well-lit, which makes browsing a pleasure rather than a chore.
In a city known for its grit and soul, this liquor store adds a touch of class and character. Whether you’re a downtown local or just visiting the D, do yourself a favor and stop by. You’ll leave with a bottle (or two) and a smile.
Highly recommended — cheers to a true Detroit standout! ?”
“Mark’s Market is honestly one of my favorite stops! They have everything — BuzzBallz, liquor, beer, wine, candy, chips, ice cream, and all the snacks you could ever want. It’s the kind of place where you walk in for one thing and end up grabbing a few extras because the selection is so good.
The store is always clean, well-stocked, and easy to find what you’re looking for. And the workers are super friendly — they greet you, help you out if you can’t find something, and make the whole experience quick and easy. You can tell they actually care about the customers.
Whether you’re grabbing a drink, stocking up on snacks, or just stopping by for something quick, Mark’s Market has you covered. Definitely a great neighborhood spot!”
“The market offers a diverse selection of fresh produce, gourmet foods, and specialty items. The ambiance is cozy and inviting, making it a perfect spot to explore and discover unique ingredients. The friendly staff adds to the welcoming atmosphere, providing excellent customer service. Whether you're looking for quality groceries or a quick bite to eat, Marcus Market is a must-visit destination in Midtown Detroit.”
“Nice convenient store in Detroit, located on the City's westside. You can purchase tabacoo, beer, wine, or your choice of spirit (liquor) and play the lottery. The store is also known for its delicious food. They have a menu consisting of pizza, chicken, potato wedges, garlic bread, and pop. The food line sometimes may crowd the store but it moves fast and its just that delicious. The employees are tge most friendly and attentive people you'll ever meet. I go here on a regular!”
“Nice place! All the name brand drinks, snacks, smokes, and a friendly family atmosphere. I usually go to the grocery store and shop at the Dollar Store, and when I'm done shopping, I pick up a few drinks. Lately, I have been doing my grocery shopping online at Walmart and getting home delivery. I also have been shopping at the Kenwood Liquor Store through Uber Eats or DoorDash and getting home delivery. There is usually a regular promotion running between Uber Eats and DoorDash, so the drinks keep coming ?”

“What I can say about here at this door.
My place to play the lottery.
Good service getting practically whatever you had there at the store when you needed it. It'll be a great little place to go to plus the little restaurant area inside to grab food to go. I've never had a problem there. It's always been good to food.”
“The fried chicken is on point. I had to go back the next day the chicken was seasoned good , crunchy. When I went back the next day to buy chicken I also order a chicken dinner I didn't care to much for the Mac and cheese and the Broccoli and cheese no seasoning could've been better. But the crunchy chicken was A -1 .”
“Best Liquor Store in Detroit with the cheapest prices only store I go to in the whole city I don’t care if I got to drive 4 miles. They open later then anybody else around. Always taking care of the community and they the realest too.”

“Liquor Basket Gratiot x Push Gallery – Detroit, MI
?3643 Gratiot Ave | @liquorbasketgratiot @pushgallerydet
This is hands-down one of the most unique cultural spaces in Detroit. Liquor Basket x Push Gallery is a one-of-a-kind destination that combines a neighborhood business with a powerful artistic mission. Even though I don’t personally drink, I visited to explore the art—and I was absolutely inspired by what I saw.
The gallery, led by Detroit artist Dominick Lemonious, creates a platform for local creatives to shine. The exhibits are bold, thought-provoking, and deeply rooted in Detroit’s identity. It’s clear this space is about more than just aesthetics—it’s about storytelling, community, and honoring Black Detroit voices through visual art.
Their current exhibition “Community First” features a range of talented artists whose work captures the spirit and resilience of the city. It’s welcoming, meaningful, and something everyone—no matter your background—can appreciate.
?️ Must See: “Detroit Worldwide” by @_lemonious and group exhibitions featuring local voices
? Open: 10 AM – 2 AM daily
If you’re looking for a cultural gem off the beaten path, this is it. I went for the art—and left with a deeper appreciation for Detroit.”

“Great local liquor store with even better customer service! They have everything you need and exotic snacks too. Brandon always goes out his way for his customers!”
“Players is a really nice and clean store here in Detroit. Brandon at the front was really nice and had some great customer service. Keep up the good work I’ll be back!”
“Great store. Great people. Been coming here for years and years. Love Mike, Sal, and Willy. Great people. They carry everything I want and get everything I need. Always got what I need”
“Decent place, well lighted and secure if you're in from out of town. Prices are higher than we're used to in Ohio. But it's liquor, accept it. Nice guys running the place.”
“Coming from across the border to shop at Eastern Market we always stop here to get something we cant get back home. Great selection of treats and cocktails. Laid out nicely and the service is spot on. Never a issue to get a extra bag if you want something on the go. Well done !”
“These guys have been around as long as I can remember...at least 35 years or so.I don't do much shopping there as "party" stores aren't best for that. Snacks, pop and lottery are what they are for.Like I said...been around, never had a bad thing to say about them...even though they took to calling me Arnold (Different Strokes) when I was a kid. ?”
“They have a good selection of party store items here. They've got pop, beer, liquor, and snacks. Easy enough to get into the parking lot. Stores been here since the early 80s at least.”
“This is my neighborhood store and I love it! They got everything and even rare bourbons like Blantons that I can’t find for a good price. They got really good selections and even got the chocolate havana leafs and all lil leaf flavors which other stores don’t got. Their tequila section is huge and they got many things I have never seen before and will try later. The people behind the counter are also really nice especially when you get to know them and work real hard even helping me carry my stuff out when I had bought some things!
Best store!”
“Have never had a problem here since I moved a mile away 5 months ago. Some of the prices are a little high but for a store that's open during every hour Michigan allows you to sell liquor; it's not bad, the selection is huge and the employees are super nice. Just expect to pay like from 30 cents to a little over a dollar more on most items.”
“Good hot food store has everything u need just they don't really focus on the customer they be busy talking they language amongst each other it crazy it hit different when u call up there in they say they got this in that hot in ready but when u pull up as soon as u get off the phone with them they don't have any of the stuff they said they had must just be me but out of all I ate in it was good”
“Paradise Liquor StoreRoc and the guys there are Great. The Laughs and just Good Service. If you need to get some things from a store go to paradise and show your love there. They will show love back.”
“I purchssed this 2014 Ford Escape 110,000 miles on it, 2500$ down, 372.00$ monthly. 36 months. Yas was patient and showed empathy towards me. Great customer service. This is my 1st lease for a vehicle and I was weary. I gave them 4 stars instead of 5 because some minor features don't work. But I have not had any major issues. I just replaced both brakes and a oil change. Jenna does have an auto repair shop too but I don't use that shop.”
“Great selection of alcoholic beverages. Also they will special order anything that they don't carry. Good selection of snacks and non alcoholic beverages. They have fresh pre-made sandwiches. Inexpensive toys for kids. You can easily pay your bills here. Employees are friendly.”
“By far the best liquor store in the Detroit area very clean professional gives back to the community and has a overall positive impact for the community ❤️ thanks Von ?????”
