The most absolute poor customer service I have ever received comes from the location on victory dr in Columbus Ga, I placed an order online in the parking lot waited and when I got to the lobby the door was locked ( prior to 9pm closing ) they refused to give me my food and said I had to get in the line which was the reason I placed the online order to pick up inside. The staff was very rude ( completely ) they also refused to refund me ??♀️. I hate this location I will never order another pizza from here ever

Went to lil caesar on 7mile & Wyoming the manager Kiara is rude everybody pants dirty filthy like they work on cars not pizza they never have your order ready, then when you ask how long they catch ,an attitude don't give you napkins this place a disaster ..Keira weave busted her teeth can open a bottle just ridiculous

I don't buy from here, but my son n relatives do.. son advised he stopped going due to the constant mismanagement of orders being properly repaired n complete. Always missing an item ordered or messing up the order w something you didn't order by giving yours to someone else. Last night 3/30 @9 pm went to PICKUP an order for relatives n the puffs were cold, they left a custom mushroom n olive half cheese totally our of the order. People leaving cause it was taking too long to order, people upset because thir orders were wrong. Went back to get corrected of the order, only to see disruption. Tried to call n acknowledge they made a mistake no answer, the employee was so flustered he being the only cashier left during crowd of people in the lobby at 10 pm; seeking to order n pickup. "No cashier" being heard from the back. Cook comes up not really hearing the orders. But trying to get orders out that were missed. People were still waiting n never recvd my custom mushroom n olive half cheese pizza

Little Ceasars in Lumberton, North Carolina on Roberts avenue never answer the phone, you can call twenty times and they will not answer, if you ride there there not busy at all.

If I’m paying more than $6 for a pizza that’s been sitting in a warmer for 3 hours, then there’s a serious problem, maybe you guys should consider making “made to order” with your price gouging concept. The quality is worse than what it was when you guys did $5 pizzas.

Called to Complain about one of there ghetto.Stores and I see were they get it FROM CORPORATE!! THEY WON'T EVEN ANSWER! Store was extra hood used the app cause I was at work so only had a few min took me a half hour to get there should be ready by the time I get there NOPE!! AFTER SITTING FOR ABOUT AN HOUR I'm good give me my money back and call CORPORATE and they don't answer change they name to hood pizza!Now on my way to yelp

Bait and switch on prices… just saw the new pizza puffs advertised… went in the lake Murray blvd location in San Diego… sign right on the counter saying $1 off with puffs combo then sales person says no we don’t offer it … so I debated in for a few minutes with no resolution… FUN FACT .. it’s against the law to advertise a deal and switch it up and make it available…. I walked out

I WENT TO LITTLE CAESARS IN LAWTON, OKLAHOMA ON SHERIDAN ROAD , I ORDERED MY FOOD ONLINE , MY ORDER SAID IT WOULD BE DONE BY 7:11/7:16 , I TRACKED MY ORDER AND IT WASNT READY BY THAT TIME SO I STEPPED INSIDE AT 7:22 , I TOLD THEM I WAS THERE FOE MY ORDER AND THE GIRL AT THE REGISTER TOLD MW THEY LOST MY ORDER !!! SO SHE REPUT MY ORDER IN BY THE TIME MY ORDER WAS COMING OUT I HAD ALREADY ASKED FOR THE MANAGER , THE MANAGER ARGUED ME THAT I ONLY WAITED FOR 15 MINS I SHOWED THE PROOF THAT I ORDERED MY FOOD AT 6:51 AND DIDNT RECEIVE MY ORDER UNTIL 7:37 , HE SHOWED ME IN THE SYSTEM I ORDERED AT " 7:11 " WHEN I SHOWED HIM ON MY PHONE I ORDERED BEFORE THEN , I LET HIM KNOW THE GIRL AT THE REGISTER SAID THEY HAD LOST MY ORDER BUT SHE DIDNT SAY ANYTHING SHE WALKED AWAY INSTEAD OF TELLING THE TRUTH, I REQUESTED A FREE PIZZA SINCE I WAITED ALMOST AN HOUR , THEY LOST MY PIZZA AND IM PREGNANT , ANS THE MANAGER MAN STILL ARGUED ME ??

This establishment was rude an uncaring of the customer complaint of a missed order manager wouldn’t answer the phone the employees didn’t even care that the order was wrong an put the order back in the batch of chicken wings that we got the first time that is a health safety issue I thinkI would think twice before I’d go back to them

Went to 845 s rainbow location. I cannot believe I had to leave my house to return my pizza. I ordered a ultimate supreme deep dish. In the photos is what I got. Return it and they make me a new pizza.. it was the same!! What is going on??? No cheesy crust at all. So disappointed, what a shame. I'll stick with the local pizza shops from now on.
