They are getting better but by far this is definitely the "ghetto" Meijers. They used to have yucky baskets finally replaced those. But the bathrooms are always atrocious. It's gotten to the point where any major shopping I have to do at a white neighborhood Meijers. At least you don't have to worry about random ppl bumming you for 50 cents!

Cashiers and baggers never, ever speak to you. They will talk to each other all while never paying attention to you. They don't look at you, they don't say hello, goodbye, nothing. I have constantly complained to the store supervisors as well as left reviews when I'm asked to leave a review. It's mostly that same cashiers. Customer service workers are also rude. I should not have to leave Detroit for decent customer service at such a large chain store. A simple hello (respect) is the minimum one should receive while spending money.

Been over a week and pitiful company won't even fix the E 85 pumps all of em non working just pathetic when you advertise this gas and all the pumps broke been broke for weeks

I wish I could give zero stars close this down immediately they close when they want even tho they supposed to close at 12 today they decided they was gonna close at 10:45 cause they want to hopefully corporate sees this and fires all the managers on shift

The store here is always very clean and very stocked however the prices are double the price than Walmart or any other grocery store I go there because it's close to my house I won't be coming back anytime soon

This store has some employees that are very efficient, but they should improve service and rid the store of employees that either don't want to work or spend time avoiding the responsibility of the day to day services needed by the customer base

This Meijer is horrible, watch out for deceptive pricing. I bought some cookies from there bakery the sale price said, sale $3.98 , you save $0.21
Regular price $4.19. The cookies were not on sale I paid $4.19 for the cookies. When I brought it to the two young ladies attention at self checkout they looked at the price on the cookies and they were puzzled too. One of the ladies pulled out their phone and said it is online for $4.19. My response to her was you have a whole table of full cookies that have the $3.98 price on it. They had no answer. Save yourself the headache and shop somewhere elsewhere.

I went in for shavers soap and hangers.could not find hangers but on the other side of the store.plenty hangers;) but not one has prices!!!
No wonder there filled racks.no one I know of is going to buy a product with no price tags, right?
So I thought I would give the customer service. Let them know!
First call, I got excuses of why there is no price tag? I didn't call for that,I only called to inform them.
That turned into a nightmare? The second call hung up the third call. I got a person who wanted to send me to another department. Why!!!
This is a call to inform you?why are you sending me to other departments.
How is this my time to take care of your tagging of items in store!
Why am I explaining over and over again about tags on a product that is yours.5th call? I got Ron customer service.he started getting frustrated with me. Then he says his boss,seemed to me they were right next to each other. Sorry, but I can't go to a store that would treat a customer like this.a problem turned into guys not men getting their feelings hurt over the job they should take care of!!! I. The customer I don't work for you.i don't waste time on phones to be humiliated.
I I did was call on item's with no tags in particulars store.thats all I need to do as a customer.you don't need to transfer me to another line to get hung up then make me the lier for calling on a simple task you guys can do.ITS NOT MY JOB. I call you take care of it.as a customer I don't need to explain myself twice let alone explain there job!!!

I'm done with meirer.customer service has more feelings problem rather than solving THERE PROBLEM!!! On just a price tag.it turned into my problem went threw 9 people to explain there problem,it's not big problem either!!! Figure that out!!! There is no one that would spend time on what I did.that should have been taking care of one first call!!! Don't call customer service I got upset now I was raising my voice then called a lier in the process of calls.out of the 9 calls I talk to 2 of the same people,one I got hung up by accident maybe?because I got transfered.
I'm the customer! It is not my job to be transfered over to explain pricing on items in store with no price.customer service does not take care of this themselves they make the customer explain there problem for them!!! No one waisted there time as long as I did.but I did find this out.there frustrated,
And ignore the customers frustration and would not stop there frustration for the customer!
They kept talking!!!nothing got resolved! It's the customers problem!!! Yup it's all my fault for being a nice guy on the first call to a lier!!! And constant

This is over a price tag on a product that should have been taking care of first call and last call not 9 calls. Getting no where is not a customer satisfied. They just don't give a shit!!!

I went to purchase the Impossible Burger Product. Meijer, it seems to be replacing it with the Beyond plant based items. This product tastes awful. I'm just sharing my POV.
