During my visit. Angie, help me set up my ACP. When other stores refuse to help me. This is why I come back to this location every time and not go to the nearest one by my house. I recommend a store to anyone that needs a phone. Any accessories or help?

Libby helped me and have me a completely free SIM card! Customer service couldn’t help and she pulled strings for me!The service was great, the staff was super positive and professional! This is my favorite metro!

i could write a book on my experience here.. but instead ima keep it short.. if you can go to any other metro store, I would . they will take advantage of you and If you ask too many questions they will yell at you and threaten your life. I've never in my life been treated the way they treated me . literally the most aggressive females I've ever been around and I've been to strip clubs.

Very poor and unprofessional service. I was sold a defective phone for around $200 that eventually had a malfunction that caused it to be unable to charge and had to replace my phone. Once I received the replacement I noticed very slow service and a lot of issues with the phone and returned to the store. The lady who serviced me seemed very ignorant of her duties and took a while to "fix" my slowed service but it was no different than before. Not even a month into my phone service the phone has the same exact issue and I was forced to be without a phone for about a week. Upon returning to the store to attempt to get a new phone, it took the phone servicer nearly 30 minutes just to check something on her computer (restarting the PC over and over) and by the time she was done I missed the chance to open a new service line through boost mobile. Then I returned the next day and it took 30 minutes just to get an acc# and reset pin. Don't recommend buying from this location at all.

I went to the Metro and Vernor because it was a corporate store and I was told that I had to go there to apply for the discounted services I went there to get a new phone and a new phone number and the girl behind the best insisted and knowing where I had been referred there from because she wanted to call her corporate manager and tell on the person that sent me to her for help because they're supposed to do the applications themselves and she didn't want to go through the hassle of doing it for me also set up a new email address and password because she didn't want to input my information herself because that would be more work for her I have no idea where this email address came from and I have no idea what the password is so now I have to go back there and complain it really sucks I think she owes me a tank of gas for all the running around.... Just saying!?!

Went in to show ID for refund as advised by Head office since I paid monthly in advance and was advised no refund due. Showed rep my payment made June 13 for July (phone cancelled June 17th) and confirmed payment date and still advised no refund due. Came back & called again to advise rep in phone that they shouldn't take advantage of seniors and keep money that is not theirs!
