Great service would recommend for any METRO BY TMOBILE. Customer wouldn’t go anywhere else besides 8 mile and gratiot location. One of my brothers works there and he’s A1 solid service when it comes to this

This is by far the best Metro Store in all of Michigan to all the people leaving 1 star reviews and saying that store can not port over numbers and stuff like that i know tha Store Manager Ray he would never just tell the customer to leave without at least doing his best to help out. Ray will help out with any questions or concerns you will have as he did with me and my family. He put me on a great plan and i transferred over from AT&T to metro for the promotion they had offered. So to anyone leaving bad reviews on here you need to give them another chance because that is not fair a person is working their butt off to make sure customers get what they need just for people to leave fake reviews

This IS NOT A CORPORATE STORE ANYMORE!!! This is a franchise ran by a family and I must say that it was the most unprofessional and unsafe experience I have ever had. The retailer told me they had the IPhone 11 for 50 dollars with first bill and they would “throw in” a phone case. As I look at the bill, I was charged 30$ for the case. When I complained he said he gave it to me for 50% off and I should be happy. After asking for a refund he started making threats, stating that he had his pistol on his hip and wasn’t afraid to use it. This franchise needs to be shut down and the retailer needs to be prosecuted.

When it was Metro PCS it was Great service and value. Now Metro T-Mobile is junk!.!!!! Bad service at corporate store s.... Bad phones ... Don't BUY TCL phone!!! I had 5 replacement in 3 months... I can't get a refund even tho 611. Wrote store message to refund my money. Older ladies left store yelling I spent hundreds on phone I can't use and you all won't help me... I said so sorry... I got same issue... I was also told not to come back... I will ..hundreds is a lot for me poor personMy$19 LG phone worked great for 7 years... These phones are now toooooo expensive!!! ... What a racket metro T-M

Personnel went above and beyond to see that the terms of a forgotten cellphone insurance policy were honored, the phone was replaced, and put back in working order. Very thankful from a senior customer.
