The guys were so great! All of my data was transferred without a glitch to my new phone. I had notes from my mom's doctor's appointments and I was so relieved to find that my notes had transferred. I honestly wish that I could give them more than 5*'s because they were personable, professional and really very nice and honest guys. As long as you're there, I'll be coming to you for my phone needs and gaming needs. Believe, when I say you're the best because you are! Thank you so much for great service, great conversation and the candy, water and granola bars!

I spent 345.00 on an 8plus, no box to plug it in wall, phone does not hold a charge. I went in after a T-mobile agent called about my experience. These people said I don’t know what am talking about, that store don’t do refunds. Sad people, I been with Metro for years and been buying phone. Now nothing but thirsty money hungry dealers sucking life out of people and then claims iPhone don’t come with boxes

I paid them to repair my phone. They didn’t put the lcd screen in correctly and it began to show on my screen. When i brought it back he told me he would give me half off another screen. BUT NEVER FIXED HIS MISTAKE. The coworkers also have terrible attitudes. Terrible service
