I visited Metro PCS on Gratiot/8 Mile last week to purchase a new cell phone and Ray showed tremendous patience with me being a senior and not very tech savvy. I'm enjoying the cell phone that he suggested I purchase because it's easy to navigate. I highly recommend anyone who needs superior customer service to visit Ray at Metro PCS! Thanks again Ray!

First of all the vibe in here are great! Today was so easy and quick thank to Sam! He is so nice and knowledgeable about his products! This is where we will be coming to pay our bill and buy to items! 🙏🏾🙏🏾 I definitely will be suggesting this location to my family and friends!

They got some kind of extra charge here when your paying your phone bill. He couldn't explain it or give me a receipt i won't be paying a bill or doing any business at this location again.
