I went in there to lower my bill and he brought it up to $78 instead of $55, he added Canada calling with Mexico and didn't explain nothing to me. He bogue as hell. I went to another Metro and they fixed it. I'm too old for this.

This is another problem with this phone, l can't even finish what I am saying before it just sends my messages. Don't even think about getting a TCL K11, this phone is horrible and it has like only 32 amount of data. Bootleg and they are trying to sell these to people can't afford what they used to!!!!

This service was horrible This Mexican Guy Charged My Father $100 just to get a SIM card changed from one phone to another phone. I would like this man's Phone Services Helpline shutdown untill he can learn how to treat his custermers.

They're always nice at this MetroPCS I always purchase my phones from here I won't go anywhere else the store is clean and the people are very nice and courteous and very helpful with any problems that I've ever had when my phones aren't functioning properly they have excellent customer service over and Beyond the Call of Duty. PS I've opened up about 7 accounts here for me and my grandkids.
