He tried to get down on my wife for $335 for the same phone that I had cuz she had lost hers and told her it's hers couldn't be fixed and then it came on a couple hours later

Went up there to pay my bill for the next 2 months AND repair my phone. Did this Monday morning. He told me they don't fix phones and sent me next door to their phone repair company miphone. Charged me 80 bucks for a new screen. Never offered to make an insurance claim because they have their own repair store right next door. Came back and got the phone back. Thought phone was fine. This is my business phone so I didn't use it immediately. I dropped my phone at home that same night. Tried to take phone out of case and found out they did not glue my little cheap phone back together. Phone didn't sit right in the case and when I dropped it again, the screen inevitably broke. Called back up there and thought they would reglue my phone back and replace my screen. Get in there and ALEX informed me I should have noticed my phone didn't sit right in the case before I left. Told me he wasn't going to fix it as he tried to smash my phone back together in the case. Never went back as they obviously DIDNT GLUE MY PHONE BACK TOGETHER. Said he could repair this 125 dollar phone for an additional 65 bucks. 50 after I fussed that his claim is absolutely ridiculous. He kept insinuating I should have noticed my phone didn't sit flush in the case when I picked it up. Who breaks apart their phone case to ensure they glued the phone back. Something I've never heard before.I also noticed my sim card reader also didn't sit right which is why I haven't gotten any phone calls since Monday. I called the BBB and their T-Mobile and metroe corporate and she informed me they will investigate them running a phone repair shop right next to the Metro clearly using the same employees between stores. I tried to rectify the situation before I added this review but ALEX insisted I was too stupid and I guess scamming. Despite him smashing my phone together, when I tried to take my case off again, the phone broke apart. Still can't make a call and my screen is still cracked and the phone don't sit flush in my case. Which again I let them know ASAP.Do not shop this place. They are scammers. I could have put a simple insurance claim on my phone and paid a deductable that was cheaper than the repair and re repair. Hopefully they reach out and fix my phone. It's not like I have a fancy galaxy 21 or something. I have a Samsung a14 and it cost like 150 bucks. The insurance claim was far cheaper than the scam they running next door.

This store should shut down, most of the neighborhood south of here is a complete dead zone for metro service, yet T Mobile works fine. Since 2017 and 4 different phones from 4 different manufacturers I am tied to a wifi router in order to use my phone. Completely dead from livernoise to Linwood. Beyond ridiculous its still a thing half a decade later, but they still sell service out of here.

They fixed my phone same day, it was popping off and on and they fixed at a very affordable price. Go to them for phone repair.
