I pre-paid for a parking spot via ParkWhiz and they still charged me for parking. When I contacted their support, the representative was being so difficult and uncooperative, even though I showed receipts. She eventually gave me a refund as a 'courtesy' even though I paid. Never parking at their structures again.

This company is a total scam. I park, follow directions and they still charge me when parking is included with my theater ticket. One star is a stretch, they don’t deserve that!

Scam, got a charge months later from some random plate that the rep even said yeah that's to blurry to read but yet here this scam of a company is trying to charge me anyways but cancelled it. Stay away
