Front desk male staff was very rude and unpleasant and not helpful. Please provide training to them to be more professional when interacting with customers.

Received a message from Microsoft that my subscription was expiring. My wife purchased the family plan for $129 and sent me the link. I cannot access the link and all attempts (+20) to correct the issue failed, Microsoft will not support subscribers live, only on line. I have requested assistance numerous times and have received zero replies. This is the very worst customer service I have ever experienced. I do not have Microsoft Office but Microsoft has my $129. Obviously they are too big and too important in their own world to assist their customers.

Space was like a maze. Architects need to have people or the user in mind when they designed stuff I swear. Overall very cool. Bottom line add an additional 10 minutes to your commute to be safe if you've never been there.

On the 5th floor of 1Campus Martius the new Microsoft Detroit is celebrating their anniversary. The community outreach is amazing, staff are very friendly, and the environment is inspiring.

One of the finer MTCs. New and modern design. Very spacious.

What an amazing facility. The latest in technology everywhere you turn.
They have IoT devices and videos how they work. They have Halo Lens with AR technology and videos to show it in action. They VR goggles and 102" 4k screen for demos with an XBox connected to it. Another 80" touch screen with pens on demo to play with.
They saved no money on design and decor. The entire place looks amazing.
Mars baristas with all kinds blends to make. Several conference rooms with digital signs marking occupancy. Training centers, demo rooms with physical backgrounds to simulate enterprises scenarios accross the world.
There is even a 3 screen setup over a recliner fully automated with mouse keyboard and sidewinder controller. There are also a few private rooms for single privacy use.
