I have been going to this spot for about 6 months. I normally have a pleasurable experience but not today. I typically get the $14 package. I pay by card and then ask for a 20 so I can give the guys either 10-15 dollars as a tip. I don’t carry cash and really who carries cash all the time. I normally speak to the skinnier and much better looking brother but today I had the middle child. He was rude and he needs customer service training. He stated that he checked the till and I’m not giving these guys the tip I am giving them? Are you freaking kidding me? If they hadn’t started I would have left. Disrespectful. Why would I lie about a tip. I’m driving a BMW, my company deals with over 3,000 businesses in this country I don’t need the five bucks bro. Which is why I tip so much because I know the job isn’t easy. I don’t know who he’s used to speaking to normally but his attitude belongs in the gutter. So I won’t be coming back and I suggest you do the same. I stay in a building downtown with a lot of people with cars and a few of them (they recommend the car wash) go here as well, I will absolutely spread the word to avoid, avoid, avoid. Detroit is changing and people have other options so what you might have gotten away with before ain’t going to fly now. I’ll take my business and schmoney and anyone else who listen somewhere else. The only reason I let the attitude slide is because I recognized the interaction made him feel big( happens with short men)✌🏻Oh and even though the guys boss was a word that rhymes with tick I still gave the guy 10 (his other brother much nicer) bucks. I feel like there is already enough crappy people out there and I wasn’t going to take it out on the guy drying me car.

I came to this car wash on Saturday and had a great experience! The staff was super friendly and welcoming. I got the $14 wash and my car came out looking beautiful 😍. I also had the chance to speak with the owner — he was very professional, well-dressed, and honestly very handsome. Definitely recommend this place!

I brought my car in for a full detail, and I couldn’t be happier with the results! They did an amazing job both inside and out the exterior shines like new, and the interior looks spotless and fresh, prices are great and staff is even better. 10/10

Went for the reviews, was in and out within 3-5 minutes. Got the $9 service. Employees were …. Employees, not friendly but not rude. There was a definite language barrier from all 3 of the present employees. Not blaming them but would have liked to communicate properly with at least one of them, had to repeat myself at least 3 times each time and wasn’t even sure they understood me even then.
Now for the actual cleaning:
Got the $9 service (basic cleaning plus the alloy cleaning) which they said would be for my tires. However, my tires came out the same as they went in so no goody there.
The car does look better, but they might have been a bit too rough since some scratches I hadn’t noticed before are now present. To be 100% honest, though, this car is old so they scratches were either covered with dirt before or are new from the cleaning.
Overall, would go again for the $6 service if I was in a tight spot, but that’s all.

Team there is friendly and works hard.
But the actual car wash is terrible. No underbody washing even when you pay for it.

Just tried for the first time. Great job, I recommend it to everyone.I got the inside and out. I usually go to Mr. Cs by my h ok use but this service blows mr.cs out the water. They get every nook and crany. Not a rush service like everywhere else they do inside out

Can’t say enough good things about this place. The team is second to none, they do an excellent job on pickups, and offer a wide range of services at the best prices. Would definitely recommend Mr Spotless - as I already have, to all of my friends.

Took my daughter for the haunted car wash. We had a great time. I appreciated that the employees were careful to make it scary but not TOO scary when interacting with children. The line was down Vernor for a few blocks so we waited about 30ish mins but it was well worth the wait!Services: Polishing

Love it my kids were scared my 4yr old wanna go back but I ain’t have another 20 lol she love it but my other babies were scared even the teenagers lol. Only thing they should do for next ur is more characters popping up and while waiting in line to but over all we love it
