Northwest Activities Center is a safe and helpful community source with friendly and knowledgeable people. It offers fabulous facilities including a luscious swimming pool, an ice rink, and indoor and outdoor basketball courts, plus a large field and a weight room. It provides absolutely great programs for all ages, including senior classes and an athletic club. The ballroom is a recommended venue for events. The center is very clean, with sanitized equipment, and the staff is courteous and helpful. It is a treasure trove of information and a great asset to the city of Detroit.

Great community rec center. Programs for kids and senior citizens. Full gym, pool, weight room, theater and public space. Community services are also available there like MI Works.
