From the first phone call to this location Nija( not sure if I spelled it correctly ). She was able to answer all of my questions and give advice regarding purchasing a battery. I arrived at the store and Tammy and Emanuel were also a great assistance. Although I didn't purchase the battery I felt that these 3 offered excellent human-to-human customer service. Something we often forget about.
