O'Reilly Auto Parts is a store that carries the parts, tools, and accessories you need. The employees are extremely knowledgeable and provide exemplary service, often going above and beyond. They are very helpful and offer great advice on product choices. The store offers services like free battery testing, wiper blade and bulb installation, fluid recycling, and Check Engine light testing. They also resurface brake rotors and drums and have a free Loaner Tool program. They almost always have what you need in stock, and if they have to order a part, you can get it the same day or very next day. The customer service skills are amazing, with staff providing warm and helpful assistance without hesitation.
I was just in the AutoZone across the street…this O’Reilly is so much nicer in every way. They also had something they didn’t. I talked with Michael, so helpful and nice. I’ll be shopping here from now on.
