The store is literally overpopulated with clothing as well as low customer service the line is extremely too long for a rainbow you need to hire more people and decrease some of the Clutter

Do not shop here I bought two shirts here that was a size medium I wanted to exchange the 1 shirt because they were too big and they wouldn't let me exchange it without the receipt. I just got the shirt 2 days ago so I had to go in the dumpster/garbage to look for the receipt. Never will I ever shop here again, The shirt was never wore, with tags still on it. I just wanted a small and the lady said no 10/14/2024 . I told her I can show her I brought it off debt card. On the receipt it your Partial credit card number and whole name on it. Why you can't swipe the card and see that I purchased it? If you get hand sanitizer on receipts they go bad. They'll go out of business soon.

Nice and friendly workers clothes at a price you can afford for the little was. They grow up fast so this place will save money on clothes

They didn’t really have a wide selection at all. There are a few other rainbow shops in the area with a bigger and more diverse selection.

Store closes at 8 I arrived at 630 to workers announcing they were ready to go and the registers are closing. I still hurry and go to the counter to pay and then I’m made aware it’s cash only.

I wish I could give no stores. Especially to this location but to all of the Rainbows. Please tell yourself if they close at 7 they locking the doors at 6:30. If they close at 8 they locking the doors at 7:30. The employees never have any consideration or customer service skills to even acknowledge you. So please save yourself from being disappointed.

Horrible terrible store! Just got off working from a long day of teaching 5/6yr olds and I was in a wonderful mood. Came here for a quick refund and lord knows didn’t get that at all. Store nasty and so were the attitudes. I’m so fed up and tired of the no service, no greeting, and to top it off clothes that are not worth neither. This is my last time coming here. 3 strikes ur out!!!

Dirty; need to be cleaned; workers watching us like they have something in here worth stealing, no greeting or acknowledgment, this business is ran on customer service; and to the owners or renters you have to put some money back into the business; this is not acceptable
